Commissioned for *TheMaskedShrike of her elven character Meneliel.

Ah, I love painting sparkly fabrics. ^^ This one was lots of work but quite enjoyable. The setting for the character is in Middle Earth (Lord of the Rings) so I tried to keep with that theme (elven dress design). Title is rather strange, but I couldn't think of anything... ^^;
