Artist's Statement
A restful stop on a 12km walk, with a high point of 588m, and a hike-time estimate of 5 hours.
On the half-way point of that journey sits Lough Shannagh, or Loch Seannach; Lake of the foxes. Legend has it a princess drowned there and still haunts the place in the shape of a fox. |
