This illustration is a concept of 2 characters I created for my book Iso Delpha.

Anlar Verco is General and creator of the famed Lightfoots of Iso Delpha.

Lehra Patre is the daughter of the Master Guildsman of the Wellica Guild, a somewhat minor organization that primarily crafts metal equipment, among other things.

Lehra is a capable engineer herself and a brilliant designer. She and Verco grew up together. Verco's father was also a member of the Wellica Guild. After almost 2 decades apart, Verco and Patre meet. I wanted to create an almost awkward scene in this concept where Verco intends to formally shake hands and Patre immediately moves to hug him.

I have since altered Lightfoot armor to be a little more innovative.
