Different people have different methods of de-stressing...
Me... I make up new desserts like this...

Now, some of you might think this is strange considering I am a professional pastry chef... Isn't it weird to de-stress from work by doing more work? I guess the reason is that this kind of thing isn't really my job any more since I'm more into the customized stuff... But every once in awhile I get inspired and stuff like this just happens.

So anyway, this is a strawberry praline cake in a chocolate collar.
