This is a portrait of my girfriend, Tascha. I haven't had time to do much personal paintings lately because of too much work, and my muse has been a bit low because of this. But our 2-year anniversary helped a lot, and I simple wanted to do a simple piece. It's quite detailed, and I spend quite a bit of time on it. Short evenings now and then in-between things. The original plan was more complex, but simplicty usually wins when I start messing about with different approaches.

Painted using Photoshop CS2 and a Wacom Intuos 2 tablet. Reference used, of course.
