Not one person in the expedition team knows what had happened or what could have 'awakened' the structure to life.

What we discovered inside would perhaps shake the very foundation of the human race forever.

The featureless chamber, save for the lights that lined the walls which we have no idea how and where do they get their power source, seem insignificant for what lies at the end of it. The golden light in the chamber seems artificial despite having the intensity and feel of sunlight.

The statue... it looked... eerily human... in every way!

Just at the foot of the humanoid statue was an object suspended above a pedestal. Again we could not explain how the object was suspended in midair despite the absence of any anti-gravity devices.

The object, resembling a large sledgehammer. And it emitted a glow without any points of its source. It wasn't holographic but rather a fully solid crystalline object with a density harder than reinforced titanium.

And from it we could detect a series of complex electrical signals similar to that of the Index of the Forerunners; but in an intensity far more powerful than the Index.
