I was scrolling through deviantART stock pages and this guy popped out at me, JESPER!

He has such an amazing gallery! This specific picture stood out at me for some reason.

His expression, the washing machine behind him; it inspired me and I wanted to paint immediately! This was all really fast. I would definitely consider this a speed painting. I spent probably around 3 hours on it. Mostly painting his face. I just let things come and evolve. I got "stuck" at this point and decided to put it away for a few days. I planned on spending a lot more time on it. But I just recently came back to it and am absolutely positive there is nothing else I want to do to this painting. I like the rough, pixely, "brush strokes" (only used the square brush for this painting). I like how it kind of makes your eye zoom in on his face. Hopefully you get the same sensation.
