I have yet to shoot the costume....so that will come soon.

<b>About the weapon:</b>
The base is a sheet of 6mm MDF wood.
The hand guard and ornaments are then cut out of additional sheets of MDF and then nailed onto the sword.
The letters are cut out of a sheet of hard craft foam.
The handle is made from a PVC pipe, then reinforced with fibreglass and resin for strong hold.
All engravings were from with a power router, then finished off with a chisel.

Paint job was very straight forward. Everything was sectioned off then sprayed.

Completed in 4 days.
