Oblivion Keyblade from Kingdom Hearts II

Hmmmm I'm uploading something after 3 months~ D:
There are still photos of Sora weilding both Oathkeeper and Oblivion still waiting to be processed and uploaded.

I made this during the December holidays for Waicon 2010 along with Oathkeeper.
I finally gotten around to taking a decent photo of the keyblade.

Useful information coming right up:

The stencil of the keyblade is cut out from a sheet of 6mm ply wood.
A power router is then run through it to give it some contours.
Then all details were molded on top with DAS air dry clay.
The chain that runs down the middle of the keyblade is hand made out of oven dry clay.

Metallic Grey mixed with Black was used for the base colour to give it realistic colour and weapon-like shine.
The center gem is coloured with silver with a layer of clear blue on top.

Everything completed in 14 days, on and off over the course of a year.
