<sub>Last night was one of those times when I just NEEDED to paint.

So here's what spewed onto the slice of cardboard in a timespan of about 2 hours. (wow, quick for me)
I've been listening to Bright Eyes/Conor Oberst basically nonstop for the last couple of weeks.
I'm feeling very Bright Eyes.

I'm also feeling like any minute now my brain is gonna leak through my nose and my throat's gonna blow a mass of mucus all over the floor. (now that's some great imagery)

When I was working on this I kept feeling like I forgot something, and I only just now realized that it was Nilla's wings.
I think there must've been some subconscious reason for that though. Now that I think about it, I think she's lost them somewhere... and she doesn't know where to look.
There are so many things that I want to say about this, but I can't put it into words. So I guess I'll have to leave it up to interpretation.

It's really frustrating... trying to wring the right combination of letters out of my mind. They never sound the way I want them to.
