They took her away.
I think about her everyday.
It was such a twisted, horrible shock,
When Courtney was dragged down that cursed dock.
Courtney's face haunts my every dream,
Her skin's as soft as liquid cream.
That girl was incredible, I just don't know why.
When I think of her, my heart soars so high.
She was my Princess, queen of the roost;
When faced with my fear, she gave me a boost.
I never called her by her name;
But to her, it was all the same.
Princess, Sunshine, it didn't matter.
I barely ever called her the latter.
I hate this place;
I want to go home!
When I walk down that dock,
That accursed Dock of Shame;
Courtney will be waiting,
With her lost chance at fame.
