Head Canon: Oswald Cobblepot aka The PenguinMore Like This
Since I did my head canon of Jervis Tetch, aka the Mad Hatter, I thought it would be only fitting to do my head canon of Oswald Cobblepot aka the Penguin. Since dear Ozzy is my, and has been, and always will be, my favorite Batman rogue, since 2008. I hold Pengers near and dear to my heart and I DO NOT tolerate BASHING of ANY KIND on ANY LEVEL of ANY of his various versions in any way, shape or form whether your DC character is working with another rogue or character or not who doesn't like him in that verse. If you have a reasonable explanation that is fine and I applaud you for having one. But I DO NOT tolerate someone's character not liking him because "he's a creep", "he's not smart", and OR NOT EVEN PUTTING A REASON and I am looking at anyone who has a character in the "TB" (the Batman) verse for the latter because THAT SEEMS TO BE THE TREND.

In the infamous Gotham City, known for the crime that litters its streets daily, 'The Phoenix' is born, thus beginning a tale of deception, mystery, and rebirth.
'The Phoenix' is born into what some would consider a 'cursed' life - her mother having left at a very young age, the hard-working and mysterious Lucian Laine is given the responsibility of raising his newfound daughter alone, while living in the harsh environment provided by the poorer segments of Gotham. Despite the circumstances, he names his daughter Annalise (Meaning 'gracious; full of grace') in hopes of her being able to retain some innocence, in spite of the discordant neighborhood they reside in.
Their rather limited funds and Lucian's occupation as a undercover spy for Gotham's police department force the pair to remain in the tainted streets, where sounds of gunfire and swinging fists are a weekly, common occurrence.
