Without daytimeWithout daytime</b>More Like This
There was a time when the moon eagerly approached daytime,
and the world was seen embraced in black.
All the birds melodies ceased and they died because of sadness.
The world heard the deafening ringing of the belfry's bells.
The currents of the sea lost their way in the blinding dark,
starting to flood villages and to spill outside Earth.
Every poet who used to found inspiration at dawn now lies eternally,
waiting for the uncoming.
All the treasures of the sea were never found,
remaining untouched on the sea-bed.
Every flower turned black and thorned,
And all the lovers who wanted to gather a flower for their beloved,
were killed by the flower's thorn deadly poison.
And all the love of the world disappeared forevermore.

Maybe she was too busy with the house-keeping,
i thought. I laughed.
After work, i went to the toy-store,
to buy that new action game for my son.
It was quite expensive, but seeing my child happy
was worth every cent of it.
I also bought that white fine dress for my wife.
That dress she would stare at when we pass by the store,
