Created this Wallpaper out of my two mains, Miss Fortune and Caitlyn. The idea just popped in my head one day LOL

After a few good rounds I decided to make a wallpaper of my league of legends team, well one of them. This is just a random wallpaper I designed for my close friends. These champs belong and are owned by League of Legends

I recently started playing with a program called Chaoscope and got some nice results from it and therefore decided to make a couple of Multi Display-wallpapers (since I got two monitors).

I have tried to keep all of them pretty simple so the desktop feels clean.

This is something I quickly whipped up in Inkscape while playing around. Enjoy!

(And the name, btw, is simply because I live in the north-west of England and couldn't think of any other title really...)

As title says...

A remake/redesign of the original litewires made in inkscape (now my tool of choice) rather than photoshop. Gone are the interlace lines and horribly aliased wires.

I have seen these around the internet but never found one for dual screen. That's why I had to make one

The picture itself is created in Photoshop using fibers, adding the colors and applying textures as overlay.

A wallpaper i've been working on. I have always been trying to find a decent dual-screen/widescreen wallpaper, so, I ended up just making my own.

Available resolutions:

2560x1600
1680x1050
1440x900
1280x800

Dual-screen resolutions:

5120x1600
3360x1050
2880x900
2560x800

Setting different wallpapers for each monitor:
You can set both monitors to use separate images in Windows by combining the two halves into one giant image (both monitor resolutions combined), and then setting the wallpaper to "Tile" in the Desktop Properties options.This tiles and spills over onto the other monitor. No extra tools/programs are needed.

I've got two screens at work so I made myself a nice extra long wallpaper for it. Thought I'd share it.

I stick all my desktop icons onto the second screen so it kinda looks like the major is in my comp grabbing at my icons.

The original is 2560x1024, so if you hit download then you can get it at this size. You can also stick it in Photoshop and crop the right size off to fit one screen.

Basically for this one, I traced a screengrab from GITS:SAC to make it nice, sharp and clean. Then drew the crazy pixel background witch took forever with the pencil and line tool.
Couple of other layers in there to from my photos etc.
Done in Photoshop as usual.

Someone did a SMB world 1-1 which was my inspiration for this... his had stars in the sky so i didn't rip that idea...

The detail I put into this was crazy!

This print is so detailed that Im gonna even buy one so I can stick it up on my wall...hehe and brag to my friends when they come over...yup...all 4 of them...lmao!(sigh I have no life)

but anywho

all of it was done in Ps7 and the planet and monn was done in Max

So if this is my first pic out on my remade Pc...then I must be off on the right(and new) track

So, I took out a image which was made in Oct, and converted it into a dual display wallie

Ok, finally i can post this one here. Some friends asked me to make them a dualscreen wallpaper with a wartheme in it. They wanted to use it for the LAN-party where i also went to last week'end . so evryone had the same clan-wall.
Took me a week untill i was satisfied with it . worked on and off evry evening on it .

Title is based on my favorite warmovie D-Day ^^

The qubiq-series continues!

This time I created a wallpaper for my dual-screen-layout (since I use 2 monitors for some time now). The full size picture has a size of 2560x960 pixel, it consists of more than 2.600 cubes (in comparison to the 700 of the previous qubiq room), and it took 13.5 hours to get rendered (on my 900MHz-t-bird) using cinema4d.

update: I re-rendered the image on my new cpu in higher res (3200x1200), so enjoy!
Also, i told ya, the previous version did take 13.5 hours, this hi-hi-res one was done in only 7 hours *harr*

once again all you see here is fantasy and no reality simulation kind of work. imagine you're on a distant planet. maybe stranded... totally lost. the only thing you hear is the roaring wind that strides through the canyon. the slight sound of smoothly flowing water. you see that impressive wide view of an alien desert like environment... to finally look up into the sky to see a planet's asteroid belt rising... soon followed by the planet itself.

what you see here is a panorama. a wallpaper thought for dual-screen setup.

the actual terragen background consists of 7 different pics. merged and maniped together within photoshop. that was quite a task... beside the usual manip work i did. for the planet i used parts *alyn's planet tutorial and it offered me some hints how to create the belt for the planet. my overall target was to create a well balanced serene scene... and i think i succeeded. a great start into 2005.

Incase you're wondering, the title " Mushroom Samba" does come from the Cowboy Bebop episode of the same name... yes, Ed is cutetastically awesome.

I liked the screens of the command center in the Movie TERMINATOR 3,
so decided to create a Multi-Display wallpaper for the same.

This is just the first version to fill up the empty space on my desktop.

I'll be submitting a 2560x1024 sometime.

I'll also do other versions which take up more of the desktop space, and add a few rides or something.

I made this over a month ago at work using the GIMP. I have two widescreen monitors and I wanted something cool for my wallpaper. I also use a program called UltraMon which lets me take full advantage of two monitors, allowing me to have different wallpapers on each screen or (in this case) one wallpaper spread across both. I just finished watching Gurren Lagann so I decided to put this together using two seperate images found on the internets. If I remember right, it took a couple of hours worth of editting to get the images to line up properly and look like one image.

I understand not many people would have a practical means of using this as wallpaper, but enjoy the HR at least.

I've lost a decent amount of sleep last night staying up fixing this render up. Who would have thought I could actually be so dedicated to something?! Generally I'm just like "Screw you guys, I'm going to bed." But I just couldn't! This really is kind of a major experimental piece from me and I was enjoying myself too much figuring out what the heck I was doing!

You are currently observing a Dark-rays effect from terragen with a few extra things thrown in over the top in post-processing in the Gimp2.2. For a guide as to what the dark-rays effect in terragen is and how to pull one off yourself you can check my gallery for the tutorial I made on it a while back... Or I guess you could just click ^here. The odd rippling effect of the water which I don' think I've seen before in terragen is a result of the reflections of the rays after it is combined with a curved terrain (which you can only just notice if you look closely at the edges.) Somehow these two things combined made that happen (I think )

This is my submission into the Wallpaper section's, Greed and Temperance Competition, hopefully it's obviously greed.

And obviously it is created to fit into the dual-display monitors, which I don't have personally and thus have no idea if it looks any good on

For regular monitor resolutions go hit the download button on the side as it contains a .zip file with 1600x1200 (regular monitor) and 1920x1200 (laptop/wide-screen monitor) and a .png version of the 3200x1200 (dunno why though ) version too...
