This drawing was done at the time when I was about to finish college. I was learning quite a bit about the business world and how so many things connect and intertwine with each other. It helped me realize how important it was for both Chevrolet and Ford to both be around so that they can make better cars as the years progress. Competition is healthy for business and improvement. This helped me in starting a reform for myself and giving attention, positive attention, to cars I either never cared about, or disliked because of their brand names. As a result, I wanted to try drawing a non-General Motors vehicle. I decided on drawing my own guess of what the new 2009 Shelby GT500 may look like based on some spy photos that had surfaced on the web. I was not far off, but the bumper design was a bit too chunky in my speculative drawing...
This drawing was done using Prismacolor pencils on 100 lb. bristol board.
Aircraft lead-in lines, painted in yellow, guide an aircraft into its specific parking position from the taxilanes. Beyond the aircraft's parking position are the safety clearance envelope markings painted in red.
This is the SNSD wallpaper I made while on hiatus. A lot of people were telling me that it is too simple, but honestly I prefer it this way. As much as I loved Black Soshi's concept, it was so much contrast. Each of the girls individual pictures had bright lights and lens flares in them and it made me say 'I want something simple.'
Every other wallpaper I've seen that was made for Run Devil Run shows the girls in their black outfits all posing in the same way that they were with their individual pictures. I'm not saying that that is wrong, but I wanted to try something with the lighter concept. No textures, no gimmicks. Just the girls.

EDIT: a Daily Deviation??? wow!!! thank you soooo much I don't even know what to think
ANOTHER EDIT: thank you to for explaining these crazy happenings: "Those are called hypnic jerks, they're a sort of myoclonic jerk. It's your body running checks to see that everything is working fine." A lot of people have explained them to me, and I appreciate it! I think it's simply fascinating Here's a link to learn more: [link]
aaaand has a rather eerie theory to go along with it: "One theory as to why that happens, the sensation of very briefly falling, is because our soul is trying to slip out of the body, but the body yanks it right back."
just to show you the real size guy of my HP sketch cards so they are 2.5*3.5 inch
media I used for all my 'Harry Potter' cards: watercolor pencil blended in marker copic opaque white n white dry pen used for glass/metal (the ones that can write on everything) copic colored multiliners 0.03 n 0.05 verithin prismacolor n normal one sometime
tech note: I use the watercolor pencil in first stage with marker so I can dilute my lines and areas in case it's not perfect, I build mostly from shadows at first. I use the colorless marker a lot in all my drawings, the ink act as water to dilute parts to avoid decisive marker lines at the end stage of drawings, I switch to verithin n multiliner for details, but can still use watercolor pencil for texture and modify colors with marker's help
I'll move that deviation in scraps in a few days, original post can be seen here (made some changes on Ron's eyes today and in background parts)
