NothingMore Like This
We all know what nothing means.
When someone asks you what's wrong,
you say nothing.
It's a plain, simple, expected answer.
But why is it that they believe you?
Is it that they're to blind to see?
Or is it that they just don't care.
Well, I know what nothing is.
Nothing is a blackness that
waits like a bird of prey to
swoop down and ensnare you.
Nothing is a raging twister that
destroys everything in its path
and leaves only devastation behind.
Nothing is a secret hidden from
all eyes and ears but those
of the people that it haunts.
So why is it that when I tell them nothing is wrong,
they don't help?
Do they not know what nothing is?
Do they not care?
