It is a form of psychotherapy that encompasses multiple fields and form the bridge that allows health care professionals to reach patients who are considered very difficult to treat. Since its humble beginnings in the mid-1940’s, art therapy has continued to thrive between the boundaries of art, art theory, psychology and psychiatry.
What is it?
