Before I start writing my thoughts on this, I want to let you know that I personally have this issue, and I really want to help some of you that might be dealing with the same problem. It's more common than you might think, so there's nothing to feel bad about.
If you're not suffering from it, I really hope this will help you understand Anxiety and Panic Attacks a bit better.

What is a panic attack/anxiety?
Anxiety is a really horrible feeling of stress and uneasiness that you sadly can't control. Everyone has to deal with anxiety, and everyone's affected by it in a different way.
There are people, who can stay calm, take it easy and snap out of it easily, while others (like me), will feel smothered by it and end up having a panic attack.
What happens when the panic attack appears, is that you'll pretty much have a breakdown, and get a variety of symptoms
