Slenderman Research. After two years of extensive research, and naturally so, spiritual awakenings, and involvements in many other voice, or schizophrenia related things, I have compiled enough evidence to give you a somewhat accurate Slenderman account. Now this thing is called "Mr. Slenderman". And it is a bit of a short story with rhymes that explains some of Slenderman's actual origins. I myself have a family history that was lost to neglect and time and only by sensations, and blood memory have I procured this, so it's not going to be ENTIRELY accurate but just enough to connect some things. I will edit and or re edit this journal, on request of many others or a few of the Administators.More Like This
Once there was a child who was as pale as snow
Abused by his parents, turning adults into his foe
But when he came out to play
His friends played with him till the death of day
But the other adults, they thought he was cursed
They wanted to kill him ever since his birth
They caught him and locked him in a dirty o

"Mmmmmhhh..." You groaned sitting up to turn off your morning alarm.
Suddenly a wave of confusion hit you. Like....
Like you were forgetting something important.
You jumped out of bed and looked around, your Tv was still on, playing early morning cartoons.
"Oh wait... Thats right. I fell asleep..." You muttered, heading to the bathroom to take a shower.
You dressed in a simple black hoodie with the words 'Make Pasta Not War' on it and faded blue jeans.
You brushed your hair but stopped abruptly when you looked at yourself in the mirror.
You were so pale...
You shook your head and grabbed your backpack
Walking down the stairs you began to feel lightheaded.
Amberlyn was already dressed in a lavender silk top, a plaid skirt, and gray flats.
She spotted you, a look of concern on her face.
"You alright _____? You look washed out." She frowned. "You want some of my makeup?"
"N-no... I'm fine. I'm just really sleepy." You muttered, following Amberlyn out t

'They're a nice group. I'm glad I made friends on the first day.' You thought, ringing the doorbell to the mansion's front door. Tira opens it and lets you in.
"Hey _____! How was your first day?" Aunt Kathy asks. She was sitting on the living room sofa watching the news.
You smiled. "It was nice. I made a lot of friends."
You headed up to your bedroom, tossing your backpack on the floor and diving onto your bed.
You grabbed the Tv remote and turned on the Tv, flipping idly through the seemingly limitless channels.
Suddenly your phone began ringing. You checked the caller I.D.
It was Amberlyn.
You pressed the answer button and held the phone up to your ear.
"What's up Amber?"
"Nothin' much, just wanted to make sure you got home alright."
"That's nice of you, Yeah I'm fine." You chuckled.
"Okay, I'll see

My heart almost slowed to a complete stop. That was something that happened to me a lot.
Instead of my hart rate speeding up when I was afraid, it slowed down.
No... It can't be...
I can't move... I don't want to... But I do...
What is this...?
Every muscle in my body froze. I was beyond traumatized.
The voice I heard, sounded so strange... like a dark echo of a thousand voices... but yet...
It sounded so comforting...
It knows my name...
I closed my eyes and slowly turned around. I tried to speak but my voice came out as a pitiful squeak.
I reached my hand out and touched... fabric?
Thats when I opened my eyes.
It was dark...
I was no longer in the woods.
I was back in my basement.
I felt someone pull me close to them.
"I see that you are no longer a child..." The voice said. "It has been a long time hasn't it?"
I could tell that whoever this was, they were male, and they knew me.

I wasn't anything special.
Just an ordinary girl.
In an ordinary house,
with a not-so-ordinary secret...
It started when I was a child.
I used to get this strange dream... it repeated every few weeks or so...
but it was always the same...
I was alone... I'm my basement. It was dark...
I was afraid. I kept calling up the stairs for my Grandpa... I was to scared to climb the stairs.
Then the door at the top of the stairs opened...
It wasn't my Grandpa.
I saw it... It... was...
A man stood at the top of the stairs... He was so tall...
He had on a suit and tie, kinda like the one Daddy used to wear when he visited me.
It had no bright colors, just a black suit and a black tie, with a white shirt underneath.
That wasn't what scared me...
His face... Where was his face!?!
He had no face.... I

"Somebody help me!" You tied to scream but your voice came out as a raspy whisper.
Suddenly your head collided with a low hanging tree branch. You staggered back and everything started spinning. You tried to run again but couldn't see where you were going.
You backed up against a tree just as the man pulled out a gun and pointed it at your face.
"Don't make me kill you! He hissed.
Out of the corner of your eye you saw a dark figure running towards you.
You heard a gun shot as the figure pushed you out of the way of the bullet.
It stood up and lunged at the man. You heard a bone breaking sound and an ear piercing scream. Blood splattered on your face....

You found yourself walking into the woods. It was surprisingly dark and cold.
Crickets chirped noisily all around you, your feet crunching over dead leaves and snapping trees. You heard a rustling noise and a flash of something white, but you just thought it was a bird. Continuing deeper into the woods, you started to feel like you were being watched.
You stopped in front of a lard cedar tree, and sat down underneath it. You trailed your fingers in the soft dirt absentmindedly, Humming to yourself. You felt a strange sense of freedom and peace unlike anything you've ever felt before. You remembered a song that your mother used to sing to you before you went to sleep, when you were a child. It was a strange song and you didn't know what the words meant, but you still loved to sing it. You closed you eyes.
"Little child, so afraid
Hiding from the darkness,
Hear my voice, soft and warm
Listen as it sings,
Love fills, an empty heart
