Three - Fear
When Silver caught Red and Lyra kissing by the pokemon center in Mt. Silver, his worst fear was confirmed.
Four - Lightning/Thunder
Nothing more than whispering breaths of sleep could be heard inside of Mt. Silver, when Lyra visited however, her snoring was so loud it was like a thunderstorm.

Red tied Lyra up once- not for bondage-related purposes; he was trying to keep her from hurting herself.
