One of them blocked me, even though I've never talked to them, I didn't even know they existed! xDD They read a comment I made on a commission of a horrible non-human OC kissing a Naruto canon character... And said OC is in the form of a wolf. ôO° My original comment was just a reply to a user who noted how well made the pic was, but also said they hoped the canon was not paired with the OC (most people, including myself, don't like bestiality). The commissioner started insulting me and told me that they want to get famous with their OC, but I was just too stupid to understand... Let me just copy and paste the conversation:

Although it’s getting rarer these days, I sometimes come across people who ask me what exactly “DeviantArt” means. Before I begin to explain all the amazing things our community has to offer, they sometimes look at me sideways and say, "Deviant, eh? One of those websites..."
Most marketing experts would never name a site "DeviantArt," because the word "deviant" has multiple meanings that can be interpreted in different — not always positive — ways. Yet we are the greatest, most diverse art community in existence. Few branding agencies would ever make DeviantArt its infamous green/gray color. Yet we love it, and have become known for it.
Where else can you stunning fan artists alongside the best nature photographers in the world? Or top comic book artists alongside the most talented storytellers of our generation? We are DeviantArt, the wild card of the Internet, th

In a result, organizing the event took longer than the time spent in the game.
Since this is not the first time something like this happens, I am going to put a restriction in that subject:
Once you sign in, You can't leave the game for at least one hour. If you do, you are not going to get an invite to one next training (The only exception from that rule is if

DeviantArt is an incredibly large community, and to many of us it's easy to feel that we cannot have an impact within it, without being incredibly popular, or having a special 'status' such as Senior, or by being a Community Volunteer. As natural as this thought might be, however, it is quite wrong. There are so many ways to be an inspiration within the community, and in this article I will describe a few key ones.
Compiling art features and posting them through your journals is one of the easiest ways to start trying to inspire and influence the community. There is so much art on DeviantArt, and so many artists deserving more recognition. Art Features are an incredibly fun way of exposing art you've fallen in love with, or art you believe the community should see more of. If you want your features to stand out more, try to be creative with them. Perhaps do themes, specific genres, perhaps include thumbnails in a specific order, perha

Don't worry about your age. Do not get discouraged by those that are younger than you and better. Some people start art when they are 6 years old and are prodigy's at age 16, others make a rather late or slow start. It doesn't matter if you're 10 or 80 years old. You're never too old to learn something new, and you're never too old to do something you enjoy.
Everybody has potential. Even the greatest masters in art started out as beginners. It just takes a lot of time and persistence.
Don't be afraid to fail. Most masters have failed more times than any beginner even tried.
We only see the best from other people, and compare it with our own average. For every amazing painting a good artist puts online, he probably made 100 failed sketches. Sketches you'll never see and you'll never know o

Originally, the color of Saint Patrick's was blue. But over the years the color changed to green and the Saint Patrick's Day grew. Green ribbons and Shamrocks were worn in the celebration of St. Patrick's Day. Saint Patrick is said to have used a shamrock, a tree-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pagan Irish, and the ubiquitous wearing and display of a shamrocks and shamrocks inspired designs has become a feature of the day.
The Holiday is celebrated in Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Newfoundland, Labrador and Montserrat.
It is also widely celebrated by the Irish diaspora around the world; Britain, Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia and New Zealand.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
