How to Annoy a WriterAsk them what they’re writing about.More Like This
Tell them that their characters need more physical descriptions because apparently you’re too lazy to use your imagination.
Say that their writing reminds you of Twilight.
Tell them that their typing is distracting you from your T.V. watching.
Now turn on the T.V. REALLY loudly.
Call them an awful person for killing off one of their characters.
Whine about how you didn’t like the ending because “OMG how could you???”
Get mad at them for writing instead of doing something productive.
Rant about how much you hate your English teacher for forcing you to read.
Always use improper grammar and never punctuate your sentences.
Never. Use. Paragraphs.
Ask them, “What’s so great about writing, anyway?”
Then ask them why they want “to be” a writer, like that’s actually something you can achieve.
Call all writers antisocial, depressed, weirdos. Because, of course, all of them
Diamond In The Rough.Long hair and deep brown eyes so sad but full of hopeMore Like This
Walks over to his side and hands him a love note
Then he points and laughs at her for the feelings she confessed
She feels emptiness as a heartbeat in her chest
At home she’ll water down her pain with broken pride
Trying to fix the girl who fell apart inside
Long hair and deep brown eyes so sad and full of tears
She’s not that different, but can’t fit in with her peers
They all have their looks and brand name clothes
Just because she doesn’t, she’s the girl nobody knows
And this goes out to her; I just hope that it’s enough
To let her know I see the diamond hidden in the rough
Words of PowerStand, Smile, Dream, Sing, DanceMore Like This
Stay, Joy, Believe, Speak, Act,
Move, Enrich, Empower, Teach, Lead.
These are words of power,
As the venom slips in,
And the cold fills our mouth with bitter metal.
Push as you Stand,
Make a life worth living,
Never become one not worth the fight.
These are the words to live by,
As we Smile and we frown in to and fro,
When the Dreams are bigger than the you or I
Dance with your might,
Act tonight and every light,
Lead with all your might.
Sing those words of hope,
Speaking of your pain to understand,
While you let the lessons of before Teach the step of today.
Dream it bigger now,
Believe in a world better because of you,
Leave a trail in your blaze that Empowers this life.
Smile to a foe,
Find Joy in the night,
Knowing that your presence Enriches me.
So Stand taller,
With these words of power,
Stay for the fight that is tonight.
And You'll Move Reality.
