Oliver would say that he’s handled being in labor pretty well… up until now. His water had just broke and without the cushion it seems as though the baby was right up against his spine, causing sharp pain during contractions that didn’t go away but instead dulled to an intense ache between them. The past five hours, however, Oliver barely even felt any pain. Just pressure and tightness.
Moaning and rocking his hips through another contraction, Oliver let out a long shaky breath as it ended. “Let’s call Andrea,” he said softly between deep breaths, the only thing keeping him sane and focused.
“Already did,” Felix stated. “He said to call him when your water broke, didn’t he?”
Nodding a few times, Oliver went silent and simply continued to focus, doing his best to not let the pain overtake him. Groaning when another contraction came, he swore they were getting closer and closer quite
