My mew is icy as I say this to Firestar. The ginger she-cat looks tense, and she glances to the lithe black-and-white she-cat and the golden leopard-spotted tom behind her. They both stare back at her, their eyes despairing, and I feel like laughing at how pathetic they are. They seem so lost right now, and it's hard to believe that they're the leaders of this ragtag little group they've scrounged up.
