Cheesecake with CrumblesMore Like This
I used a 18cm Ø cake pan - if you want to use a 24-26cm one, double the ingredients.
250g Flour 1 tsp baking powder90g Butter (room temperature)75g Sugar1 Egg
½ Jar of Sour cherries
50g Sugar 1-2 Eggs (two small ones or one big one)1 package Vanilla Sugar250g Curd½ package custard powder (vanilla flavour) Lemon zest/flavour
1. Mix all ingredients for the dough until they have a crumbling texture. It will be a bit sticky though, but that's ok. Just make sure it doesn't get too smooth.
2. Grease your pan and use about ⅔ to cover it. Use your fingers to push and spread the dough. Once done it should cover nearly your entire pan.
3. Add the dripped off cherries to the bottom. If there is still too much liquid, mix them with a bit of flour.
