Valentine's Day. The day of love. It is also a time to be even closer to the ones you love. The Rose Garden Orphanage was in full swing for the holiday. The stairs were covered with red and pink ribbons. The hallways were littered with paper hearts. Today, Meg, the Baroness, told us that the Princess of the Rose wanted us to make valentines for her. The boys groaned at the knowledge of this, but made some for the Princess anyway.
Diana, the Duchess, made a necklace. Meg made a poem about Valentine's Day and Eleanor, the Countess, made an origami bird. Wendy, the Lonely Princess, Susan, the Impetuous Princess, and Olivia, the Tearful Princess, drew pictures with Wendy in the Sick Bay. Amanda, the Small-Hearted Princess, made a bracelet.
