Les Mis Wrap-UpIt's been a week since my beloved show closed.More Like This
I can legitimately say that this experience has changed my life. And what an honor to have been included in something so much bigger than myself. It was truly astounding. What a story to tell. Les MisÚrables. What. A. Story. Glorious.
You know what's strange, is that I didn't come to a complete realization that by being in this show, I was fulfilling a dream. It wasn't until right before my closing show that it really hit me. My director gave a killer speech, heartfelt and sentimental. Wonderful and brilliant. Then near the end, he said, "I hope you all realize that by being part of this show, you're making dreams come true. There are some people in this cast that are getting the chance to play their dream roles. Their dream roles. And that's because of you. So thank you."
