On Art Thievery and People Who Ask For Critiques.Just a few things I'd like to get off my chest while I'm waiting for my raisin bread to rise.More Like This
Someone pointed out to me today that someone had reposted one of my Animal Crossing fan drawings to their account, claiming it to be their own. I might be mistaken, but I always thought DA dealt with art thieves swiftly. Has that changed? I know it's fan art, so I'm just creating a variation on someone else's theme - fair enough - but it's still my drawing, my composition, my coloring, etc. etc. I put effort into creating the image in my own way. I tried to report that someone had stolen it and reposted it as their own, and immediately had the buck passed by DA, saying that I need to go through the trouble of filing a DMCA complaint....Whut?...Since when is that extra crap necessary? Why can't DA simply check the date on my post, then check the thief's, draw the obvious conclusions from there and have the offending post removed? Isn't that usu

!telemaniakk2 is claiming =sanguisGelidus stole from him/her. I'm not doubting that telemaniakk2 is a troll
!telemaniakk2 still has two pieces up and I am unsure if those belong to sanguis or a different artist. If you find the originals link me and i'll add them
