Please come quick
oh master of my life.
I am just waiting
for you to take up the knife;
to cut my flesh
and end this eternal strife.

You stitch me up
and deliver me anew.
I am willing to carry on now,
so please have a brew.
Carry on now
and do what you do,
and continue
to make them new too.
:aww: Enjoy :aww: I have often been mesmerized by surgeons and the work/ miracles they preform daily, as if just mundane tasks to them.

Storm Dragon

The dragon is a legendary creature of which some interpretation or depiction appears in almost every culture worldwide. The physical description and supposed abilities of the creature vary immensely according to the different cultures in which it appears. However, the unifying feature of almost all interpretations is it being a serpentine or otherwise reptilian monster (or at least possessing a serpentine/reptilian part or trait), and often possessing magical or spiritual qualities.

I do not own Invader Zim or any of the characters. I am just an insignificant insect that is just a fan. All characters belong to Jhonen Vasquez and nickelodeon.

I had done this inspired by a comment from one of my pics "[link]", by :iconbiskuits:. Therefore, I decided to do a dark DATR, only I find it hard to draw, Dib. I hold the character on a pedestal, and it is hard for me to draw guys. I wish I knew who to ask, for advice. Therefore, I did my best, only to fall short yet again. I guess I need more practice.

This one I call Whispers in the Dark. I got Tak down to pat in a way, though there is room for improvement. The only one I am not happy with is Dib. You might not know this, but I think him too ideal, and I draw flaws better than perfection. I cannot really describe it, but I like the unusual. Dib though is very hard for me, and I still have not found my style yet.

Theme: the memory of Tak, whispering in Dib's dark mind. The erotic and sensual form of her lips to his ear was by accident that I had to keep. Something like the forbidden fruit juices just a taste away... the memory of her touch and the lithe curve of her slender form. It haunts the Noir Dib.

The Evanescence “Haunting” was playing on my head set.

My most favorite movie is “El Laberinto del Fauno.” It is very much the best movie that the Oscar’s have ever picked before, and usually the Oscar’s pick lame stuff… LOL. I am not making these two a couple. This is more of a tribute to a great movie. I love this movie and I watch it over and over again, and I never have a dry eye at the end of it. The character of Faun is very much a compelling character and the Princess Moanna (aka: Orfelia). You have to listen to the sound track because the lullaby is so haunting.

I made this with Adobe, and so I hope you like this.

The Sherman was first equipped with the L/40 75mm M3 Gun, which firing the usual M61 round could penetrate 77 mm at 100m and 61 mm at 1000m. Conditions later in the war necessitated the up-gunning to the L/55 76mm, which could penetrate 124 mm at 100m and 83 mm at 1000m using the usual M79 round.

Korean War - 1st Marine Tank Bn., Wonju-Hoensong Area, Central Korea 1951.

This type of M4A3E8 Sherman retained its original 105mm howitzer in the turret, and a new coaxial flamethrower gun was added alongside it in the mantle. Going under the nomenclature of POA-CWS-H5, which stands for Pacific Ocean Area - Chemical Warfare Service, this flamethrower tank developed after WWII had ended was fielded by the US Marine Corps.

The Merkava Mk.IV has a new fire-control system, the El-Op Knight Mark 4. Removable modular armor, from the Merkava Mark IIID, is used on all sides, including the top and a V-shaped belly armor pack for the underside. This modular system is designed to allow for damaged tanks to be rapidly repaired and returned to the field.

Tank rounds are stored in individual fire-proof canisters, which reduce the chance of cookoffs in a fire inside the tank. The turret is "dry"; no active rounds are stored in it.

Some features, such as hull shaping, exterior non-reflective paints, and shielding for engine heat plumes mixing with air particles to confuse enemy thermal imagers, were carried over from the IAI Lavi program of the Israeli Air Force to make the tank harder to spot by heat sensors and radar.

The Mark IV includes the larger 120 mm main gun of the previous versions but can fire a wider variety of ammunition, including HEAT and sabot rounds like the APFSDS kinetic energy penetrator, using an electrical semi-automatic revolving magazine for 10 rounds. It also includes a much larger 12.7 mm machine gun for anti-vehicle operations.
Upgraded fire control system

The new fire-control system enables the Merkava to shoot down helicopters and find and destroy armored attack helicopters such as the French Gazelle and the ubiquitous Russian Mil Mi-24, both used by Israel's neighbors.

The M3 Stuart, formally Light Tank M3, was an American light tank of World War II and supplied to British and Commonwealth forces under lend-lease prior to the entry of the U.S. into the war—and used thereafter by U.S. and Allied forces until the end of the war.

The M3 Stuarts were the first American-manned (U.S.) tanks in World War II to engage the enemy in tank versus tank combat. With its 37mm M6 gun in M44 mount, four .30cal M1919A4 MG’s and as little as .625” or armor on its middle front it did not do well in tank to tank combat.

The M4A2 is the U.S. Army's legendary tank of WWII. It was a medium size tank which has good mobility and speed, but lacks in armor and the narrow tracks created high ground pressure affecting performance in mud and snow. This one is modeled with mud tracks.

This meme is from my love, *RevisionOfLines which she did and it comes from here: [link]

:: The Rules::
Rule 1: Each character in this picture has to be from a different series.

Rule 2: You can not have any fanart of the characters currently on Deviantart. So if you have a bunch of Sonic pictures on your Dev account, then you can't put him in this meme.

Rule 3: All characters must be fictional, so Abraham Lincoln can't be used, sorry.

Ok, I don't normally do these kind of things but I have to admit this one sounded interesting and I JUST finished it! And I have to say this took SO DARN LONG to do. As you can see I experimented with various art techniques, and you can probably tell from some, I got so frustrated with it they turned out to be quick sketch type things. Oh well, it's done finally. Now let the guessing begin! Some are pretty darn obvious I would think. There's one in particular I want to see the look on my loves face when she sees it. :)

(Oh, and this is all digital art on my tablet. No paper and pencil!! :-O )

UPDATE:
1. V from V for Vendetta
2. 2d from Gorillaz
3. Trinity from the Matrix
4. Lara Croft, Tomb Raider
5. White Ranger from Power Rangers
6. Soundwave from Transformers
7. Locke! From Lost. LOCKE! <3
8. A Goomba from Super Mario Bros.
9. Bobby Hill, King of the Hill.
10. Stitch, from Lilo and Stitch
11. Leonardo from TMNT
12. Milla Jovovich from Resident Evil
13.
14. Robocop
15. Edward Scissorhands
16. Tank Girl
17.
18. Batwoman
19. Mayor Bee from Family Guy
20. James Bond
21. The Rocketeer
22. Darkman
23. Sandman
24: Grifter from WildC.A.T.s
25. Goliath from Gargoyles
26. MODOK (Mobile/Metal Organism Designed Only for Killing) from the Marvel Universe.
27. Max Payne
28. Superman
29. Gordon Freeman from Half-ife
30. The Phantom from the comics and the movie

Just as anticipated, the ones left are ones I didn't think many people would know. 13's just a guilty pleasure type thing. What can I say, I'm easily amused by some children's programming. 17 is just from a movie I adored that I thank to helping me understand that.. well... gay was okay.

So here's where all this female zombie obsession is going/has sparked. I sort of came up with a concept/story. I'm not going to get into too many details, but to give a basis, there's a major outbreak that spread quickly, but it only affects women. The theory from one survivor is it was somehow administered through a new form of birth control which was recently released to the public.

The main chunk of the story will follow two male survivors... That's basically the brunt of what I've come up with so far, without getting too deep into detail.

Something about this is just clicking for me, and I think working through this will ultimately help me a lot with building the Slumlords story as well.

I'm a bit late. Watching the Obama/McCain debate kinda cut into my free drawing time.

I'm a huge kung fu movie fan so on Fridays I want to showcase my favourite kung fu movie actors. Before this I had already done pictures of Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and Tony Jaa. Now, I want to showcase one of the best action actors and choreographers today, Donnie Yen. He's probably most famous for starring in Iron Monkey but he's been in dozens of movies. Some were good, some not so good but throughout all of them he's displayed superior athletic ability and technique above almost anybody in the business today.
