The attorneys strike back part I'm dineWait....what?!" Tim got knocked back like he got hit, but recovered shortly, "lies!! All of it!!" Kyoya's smile didn't seem all too reassuring.More Like This
"Oh I assure you it's all quite true. Here," Kyoya presented a piece of paper, "this paper is the testimony of two police officers who were at E3 when the shootings happened. As you see, the witness has no trace of any firearm on him." Hushed whispers came from the crowd.
B-but. That's impossible. How could he not have a gun but have shot somebody The witness seemed to smile at Tim's suffering.
"I thought so," the witness smirked, "you have nothing on me. Especially since it's impossible for me to have killed anybody considering what I didn't have," the man waved to the judge, "can we please end this? Now that we've learned it's impossible for me to kill, we can stop this pointless charade." The judge nodded his head.
"Your absolutely right mr. Umm...witness. Defense, do you have any last thoughts?" Tim was wracking his head, furiously t

"Alright," Tim said and got his evidence organized, "I got everything I need to find out what this guy's name is. He's very protective of it. Which means that it must have something to do with the murder. The question now becomes what?" Tim looked back at Jon and Emile, hoping to hear some advice or analysis from them.
What he got was Jon moping about how they were gonna give him the death penalty and Emile...well...he was Emile so he probably wasn't helping the situation.
"Alright," Tim sighed, "I guess it's all up to me."

Before anyone could actually say anything, the judge brought down his gavel with a bang.
"Order! Order! Before we continue with this conversations, I would like to start the trial. Because now trial has begun for the case of Jonathan Wheeler. Is everyone ready?"
"The prosecution is ready, your honor." Kyoya answered, looking a bit disheveled.

"Alright!! Think I lost them," Tim huffed out of the hotel and straight towards the entrance of the E3 building, "now I should be able to find...Emile?" Tim looked straight forward to see a teary-eyed Emile. His eyes seemed to be welling with tears.
"T-Tiiimmmm," Emile seemed like he was about to cry, "you didn't say you would be gone for that long...." Emile felt like he was talking to a little kid.
"Emile I'm sorry, but I just needed to talk with that guy from the other building." All that sadness of being betrayed that was in Emile's face suddenly transformed into anger and shock.
"Tim!!" Emile literally cried out, "why did you do something so dangerous without me along?!?! I could've at least been your backup if you needed it!!"
"Emile let's be perfectly honest here: you wouldn't be the greatest of backups..." Tim rationalized, "anyway, it doesn't even matter anymore. I blew up our chances. Told him too much of what we knew. No

"Alright," Emile said as they left the courthouse and walked towards the E3 building, "that was really stressful. I don't know how you can deal with it so easily." Tim was about to blurt out that it was Emile's fault that they were in such a bind, but then shut his trap. He didn't feel like destroying Emile's self-esteem just yet.
"Yeah. You have no idea how stressful with a certain someone there." Tim did have to spout that insult towards Emile before going back to serious mode, "alright. So I think our first destination should be the detention center. Maybe we can get a little more out of Jon about that new witness."
"Yeah!! Then we can track the real witness in the hotel room!!" Tim seemed a bit skeptical about that one.
"Yeah...about that...you see even though I believe there was another witness, I highly doubt that he was in that hotel. It was just a bluff you can say." Emile seemed a bit shocked at learning that.

The air in the courtroom did not feel good to TheRunawayGuys. What was first a bunch of jolly little jurors and spectators talking and laughing became a bunch of angry stares aiming directly at Jon. Even jobs anger couldn't compete against so much anger from so many people.
...All because Emile said that he saw Jon's coat. Nice one Emile.
The judge's massive mallet brought order to the courtroom.
"Order. Order!!" The judge commanded, then turned to Kyoya, "Kyoya, is your witness ready?" Kyoya nodded, "alright. Bring him in!!" Kyoya did just that, and the person he brought made all of TRG shudder. Not because they didn't know him, but because they knew him too well.
"Mr. Muscleman at your service!!" The buff man yelled and shot a pose that showed off all his manly muscles. The guys...for their part...just stared at the strange man they had to defend a while back ago. Kyoya though didn't seem to care too much about prosecuting agai

“Don’t worry Jon!!” Emile yelled and slapped Jon on his back, “We’ll get you out of this predicament if it’s the last thing we do!!”
“You mean Tim is gonna get me out of this predicament…”
“Yep.” Emile said with the same amount of enthusiasm that he always talked with, and then looked back at Tim. He seemed to be focusing on organizing his evidence. Jon also looked back at Emile...who was picking some crap from his ears.
“At least he’s doing something.” Jon shot back at Emile. Emile stopped picking his ears and glared angrily at Jon.
“Hey!! Who’s the one on trial for his life because he was accused of murdering a random guy?!” Emile fired right back at Jon.
“And that’s why you guys are here!! To get me out of this stupid mess!!” And with that, the floodgates of all their arguments opened up, which real

Jon checked his watch and stood up. He stretched as quickly as he could and grabbed his jacket from a pile of clothes that were lying on the ground next to his couch. His house was incredibly messy, but that didn't matter very much anymore. It was rather strange in his mind, doing this. He slipped on the worn jacket and nearly sprinted out of his house. The sun was setting quickly, casting everything into dark shadows as he walked towards his car. He paid no heed to anything else that could be seen in the sky.
He slipped in silently and started it. After pulling out of the driveway he started down a warmly familiar rode. The houses began to dwindle and were quickly enveloped by plains of grass and little patches of trees. He smiled as he imagined three little boys running down the road play fighting all the way down, and those little boys slowly growing older and older as time pressed on. He parked to the side of the rode, and got out. The sky was a dark navy blue and dotted wi

My head is near her thigh and my legs hang over the edge for a moment, then I draw them back in. I’m on her blanket; it smells of her. I take a deep breath in and feel at peace. I let out a sigh of contentment while she pets my head. She moves down to my neck and then goes back to what she’s doing on the laptop.
I think she’s reading something but I can’t be bothered to lift my head and find out. I let out another sigh and slowly fall asleep. She wakes me with a soft murmur of “So cute,” before turning back to the computer. My life is good and I’m happy. I like it here, so forgive me if I seem crazy but it’s moments like these that make me this way and I will do anything t
The Runaway Girl: Chapter 3The three runaway guys were now sitting downstairs in Emile's living room. Jon and Tim had slept in the clothes they wore yesterday (due to sleeping at Emile's house) so they didn't need to change. Emile had changed into a red polo shirt and a pair of jeans. He liked being able to keep a little of his old self, but still felt awkward because his clothes no longer fit properly. His shirt was too tight at the top due to the new additions on his chest, and the bottom (as well as his pants) was too loose because of his now smaller waist. They were discussing what was to happen now that Emile was a girl.More Like This
Jon said, "Well for the runaway guys, it's easy. We just say we got sick of you and replace you with, I dunno, Josh or someone."
"You really think the fans will believe that?" Tim asked.
"They'll probably believe it short term, but they'll expect Emile back at some point."
"What about my own channel? I can't just stop uploading videos, and if I quit then the fans will probably expect some s
