Bagginshield: Moments Captured in Travel (Ch. II)The Dwarves quickly noticed that Bilbo was becoming their leader's favorite member of the Company. Thorin would walk with him as they trekked through the forest, helping his shorter companion over roots and rocks, catching him by the elbow when he stumbled. At night, the Dwarf Lord would be sure to save the Hobbit a spot by the fire, and assemble his bedroll in close proximity to the other's. In fact, since their run-in with the Pale Orc, Thorin was rarely seen apart from his burglar.More Like This
And of course, there was the incident that a few of the Company had witnessed the morning they left the Great Shelf; as they packed their supplies and made ready to move out, Bilbo was seen passing Thorin a bundle that was quickly recognizable as the Dwarf's own fur cloak. The little Hobbit was smiling and blushing, and the Dwarf King was careful not to make eye contact as he swung the garment over his shoulders and handed the burglar a pack of provisions. This exchange, along with their leader's actions
Bagginshield: Moments Captured in Travel (Ch. I)The first time Thorin saw the Hobbit, he knew he would be a liability. As much as the Dwarf trusted Gandalf, there was an innocence in the little creature's eyes that could not be ignored. It only took a glance for him to know that this Bilbo Baggins was no burglar. Most likely, the Hobbit had never lifted a weapon in his life; he was ill suited to the rough conditions that this quest would no doubt yield. As such, Thorin wasted no effort hiding his contempt at Gandalf's choice. There was no possible way this small, comfortable being could take his place as a member of the Dwarven Company. He was no warrior; it was obvious that he would be nothing but a burden. And to think that the Wizard would risk the life of such an innocent creature in a battle that was not his to fightó the Dwarf King was nothing short of disgusted.More Like This
Thorin's mistrust and fury at the situation lasted through the first leg of their journey. By the time his company fell prey to the Great Goblin, his frustration a

AN: I recently started reading all of these really awesome Thilbo Bagginshield fics, and I have to say, the couple kind of freaked me out at first. I just couldn't imagine them being together, but after reading twenty-something stories about them and seeing the movie seven times (yes, I have actually seen it seven times) I ship them hard. So I decided to write a fic about them, since I love yaoi and have written several yaoi stories before.
And I know Bilbo is supposed to be 50 in the book/movie universe, but that's a bit weird for me, since Hobbit's live as long as humans do. So just pretend he's twenty or something.
DISCLAIMER: I don't own the Hobbit or any of J.R.R Tolkien's stuff.
At first, all he thought of was the Shire. Of his soft, feather-down bed; his warm hearth, stocked pantry and never-ending supply of South Farthing pipe weed. All the pleasures of home were sorely missed, constantly calling for him to turn back and abandon his quest and h

AN: I was about to go to bed at 1 in the morning when I thought of this. Just a cute little fluff drabble, and the first K+ story I've ever written, and the first story under 1k words. Yay for me!
DISCLAIMER: I don't own LOTR of the Hobbit. Bless J.R.R Tolkien's heart for giving us fangirls such a wonder fandom to worship! ;D
Finally, the day had come. They would no longer be sitting on logs for chairs, using the ground for sleeping or using the woods as a bathroom. Actual handkerchiefs could be used for running noses, their filthy clothes could be washed as well as their grimy, dirt-laden skin.
The day had come were they could stay at an inn, and they all reveled in the fact. A certain Hobbit more than the others.
Gods, how I've waited for this day! Bilbo thought as they checked in and were shown to their rooms. He got his very own Hobbit sized chamber, with a feather-down bed, a pail for washing his face and a small fireplace.
He met his fel

Everything is changing I taste in the water, I smell I in the air and I feel it in the earth. Things that were are lost, for there are none now that remember it. It started the forging of great rings:
3 to the elves, immortal, fairest and wisest of all beings.
7 rings were given to the dwarf lords. Great craftsmen and miners of the mountain hall.
And 9, 9 rings were gifted to the race of men who above all things desire power.
But within these rings was bound the strength and will to govern each race but they were all of them deceived. In the of Mordore, in the fires of Mount Doom the dark lord Saron forged a master ring in secret. And in this he poured his cruelty, his malice and above all his will to dominate all life. One by one the lands of Middle Earth began to all to its power but there were some who resisted
A last alliance of elves and men went up against Sarons armies and on the hills of Mount Doom fought for Middle Earth. Vi
