This is my 1st ever full rendering of a vehicle + matte painting in photoshop. Im extremely happy with how it turned out.

Theme:

One thing that "Mass Effect 2" lacked is a drivable ground vehicle.and its kinda dissapointing.so I'm here to do something

about it!!haha


Ive always loved the concept of batman car, but "tumbler (from dark knight)" just blew me away; so ive decided to

incorporate the concept of "the tumbler" into what could possibly be in Mass Effect Universe.


Rendering Method: model in Sketchup, rendered in Vray (for Sketchup) , additional scene setup and matte painting done in

Photoshop.

Total Hours : 5hours.

A matte painting done in photoshop...

This image is a bit of everything.
The background is a matte made by mixing various elements in Photoshop and then projected in 3D so you can move the camera.
The clouds are once again FumeFX.
The ship made in Organica and then rendered in 3dmax.
HDRI Lighting and scanline render with AO.
foreground rocks zbrush modelled and the little soldier is 3D .

It is the second contact ..... the invasion is near.

El background es un matte realizado mezclando distintos elementos en Photoshop y despues proyectado en 3D para poder mover la camara.
Las nubes una vez mas son FumeFX.
La nave realizada en Organica y despues renderizada en 3dmax.

las rocas de primer plano (modeladas en Zbrush) y el soldado pequeñito son 3D.
