Crawling on the dry and battered ground,
Its heavy and uncoloured body, like a flabby wound,
A little caterpillar slowly reaches a puny tree.
All these months long, all on its own,
This unsightly worm kept going alone
Fed by some of the most improbable dreams.
Oh damn! What an ugly worm!
So repugnant little thing, so infirm!
The caterpillar painfully reached a fragile branch.
On the dark rotten wood, let its viscous skin, under the cold sun, blanch.
Taking a long whisper, finally decided to get his pictorial memories safe from the cruel times.
All night long, the poor caterpillar weaved a transparent nest
Carefully arranged the thin filaments, more delicate than the moon light, its worries outguessed.
The pitiful animal hid its miserable carcass between the solid walls of its precious cocoon.
The ignorant time continued its unstoppable run
The worm, apparently dead, stills immobile while several adventures occurred by billion.
After a while, everybody forgot the little caterpillar.
