Tumbling downward; I'm falling,
Dreaming and heaving your name of which I'm calling.
Wind against skin, almost suffocating,
As the breath leaves my lungs, I'm screaming.
With my hair whipping against my face,
Tears filling my eyes and spilling over soaking my tongue with its salty taste.
The raging ocean tempting fate,
And the closer I get, the more my hope deflates.
"Will he come? Could he possibly save me?"
I call out to the precarious sea in an obvious plea.
Thunder echoes in the distance, announcing my upcoming death.
