The Avengers had gone out on a mission but you had been forced to stay behind as last time you'd been shot on the shoulder. You'd insisted that you were fine but Bruce had made you to stay at the tower just to be sure.
You let out a groan and sat up. You opened the draw in your bedside table, you were about to slip your wand inside when your bedroom door was flung open and the resident god of mischief walked in.
Loki had been staying at the tower for a few months now, Thor had been trying to get him to join the Avengers but Loki wasn't keen. He always said he was too much of a villain to be a hero. However he did seem to get on quite well with the rest of the Avengers, even Clint! (They'd stopped fighting after Loki had let Clint punch him) and you and Loki had become quite good friends.
