The new Johto Admin. While she had spent most of her life working in Saffron, Kanto, the fact that she was born in Goldenrod, Johto, earned Rowan her title. Before Rowan became IPL's Co-Host, she lived in Saffron, Kanto, and worked as a Pokemon Specialist for a Pokeball-making company. It was her job to research different aspects of Pokemon that new varieties of Pokeballs could be tailored for. This has given her a broad knowledge on Pokemon, but unfortunately not on battling. Rowan is completely hopeless at it, as are her three original Pokemon, who, to be honest, are a few sheep short of a jumper. After the IPL Show ended she became Kamata's assistant, and eventually Admin. Because she is such a bad trainer, three of the other Admins gave her one of their own Pokemon so that she'd have a decent team. She is still a terrible battler, however, so her Pokemon tend to fight on their own.
Rowan is upbeat, friendly and cheerful, but can be easily flustered, panicky, and unnerved. Her strong work ethic and vast knowledge earn her title, and she is incredably diligent and strong-willed, but is clueless in battle and often makes things worse. She carries a clipboard filled with paper with her at all times, and always has notes written all over it, including her Pokemon's move sets and everyone's schedules. She always seems to have the info she needs written somewhere on the clipboard. The bag on her waist carries her Pokeballs, her original Pokemon and her new ones kept seperately. Despite her new title, she still tends to wait after Kamata, and is often carrying stacks of paper for him.
- MeowsiePick Up
- Pokémon with Pickup gain the opponent's Berry or item if they are not already holding an item. A Pokémon with Pickup can also gain an item thrown at it using Fling. Outside battle, the Pokemon has a 10% chance of picking up an item.Naughty
- Disobedient; mischievousHighly Curious
Meowsie is the dumbest member of Rowans team, far too dumb to battle. He's constantly getting into trouble, constantly sticking his nose where he shouldn't, and constantly stealing other peoples belongings- especially if they're shiny. More often than not, Meowsie requires constant attention, and so Rowan keeps him in his Pokeball most of the time. A Pokeball that has been modified so that the button must be pressed in a particular way to open, brought on by Nyaama, who constantly let Meowsie out herself for instant entertainment. Luckily, Meowsie is also very affectionate, and so Rowan is too attached to let him go.Glameow (Female)

- Prevents confusionSassy
- insolent, impertinentSomewhat vain
Nyaama is extremely self-centered and arrogant. She will do whatever she wants, no matter what that means for others. She's very graceful in her movements and has a sharp mind. However, she feels she is too beautiful for battling, and so refuses to lift a paw, even to protect her trainer. She likes to manipulate Meowsie for her own entertainment. Luckily, Nyaama is usually quite calm and relaxed, making her good company, and is often out of her Pokeball. Just don't let her get bored.Vulpix (Female)
- SootyFlash Fire
- Power of the user's Fire-type moves is increased when hit by one.Naive
- Having or showing unaffected simplicity of nature or absence of artificiality; unsophisticated; ingenuous. Very finicky
Sooty is the most competent battler; which isn't saying much. Rowan taught her Protect with a TM in the hopes she'd be a little better in battles, but Sooty rarely uses it, failing to understand even the simplest commands that aren't to do with attention and food. Sooty is very good at looking cute, getting her way with those unsuspecting. She got her name because she blows smoke at people to get them to look at her, to which she then demands pats. She can be very persistent and annoying when Rowan is busy, but is the most friendly and obedient, and so is Rowan's favorite. Espeon (male)

- Of, showing, or characterized by deep thought.Thoroughly Cunning
Given by Kamata. Boss is very well bred, getting it's rare ability as a result. It is well behaved and is determined to protect and assist Rowan, taking this task very seriously. It is quite like Kamata in personality, to the point where it never seems to lighten up. This similarity earned Boss it's nickname, much to Kamata's dismay. Boss fights defensively, but has powerful attacks to back it up. It works well in battles with Cheery, and so is Rowan's go-to double battle team.Cherrim (female)

Magical LeafSunny form-
Given by Admin Athens. Cheery has a split personality based on her differing forms, changing back and forth depending on whether or not she is in direct sunlight. In normal form, she is calm, almost lethargic, uptight and often bored. She tends to nap a lot and is not easily surprised or impressed. She is a slow but strategic and elegant fighter, prefering to keep her distance and mess with her opponent while whittling down their HP and replenishing hers. In her sunny form, she is incredably cheerful, energetic, competitive, and rash. She responds without thinking and can be very rough without realising. She fights with speed, taking advantage of the sun with her moveset while evading attacks. She obeys Rowan completely, but can be hard to handle in her sunny form, so Rowan tries to keep her out of the sun unless battling. She works well in battles with Boss, and so is Rowan's go-to double battle team.Glalie (male)
- ItInner Focus
- Prevents flinching.Adamant
- Utterly unyielding in attitude or opinion in spite of all appeals, urgings, etc.Highly Persistant
Given by Admin Tohfu. This Glalie comes in a Pokeball that has been duct-taped shut. It doesn't seem to have a personality. All It does is stare. And stare. And stare. Menacingly
. While It obey's Rowan's commands, it seems to do so almost grudgingly, and often uses excessive force against even the weakest opponent. The air around it is freezing, like it's deliberately trying to kill you with increasingly lower temperatures. Thanks to this it is easy to know when it's around, just don't stay very long. It always seems to be trying to intimidate... or is that just a result of the staring?
And there we have it. ^ ^ Feel free to use Rowan for any IPL related stories, pictures, etc. You don't have to ask, but do send a link to it, cuz I'd love to see.
