WHAT GOES ON THE CHARACTER SHEET
⇨ Your OC in their Lunesia and Solraja forms. They must be chibis. Please refer to Half a Tale: Kingdoms for the kind of attire specific to each kingdom.
⇨ First box: Their gem accessory. Must contain 2 gems, one representing each kingdom. The actually accessory is up to you, but it must be the same for both forms.
⇨ Second box: Their weapon. This is not something they carry with them. It is something that manifests. Must contain some attribute connecting to their element.
⇨ Third box: Their element. This is always opposite of the kingdom they were born in. Lunesia will be light, whereas Solraja will be dark.

I'm just showing you what works for me and what's my personal liking. I'm focusing on eye make-up and additional tips. If you think this way of doing a boys cosplay make-up is is using way too much make-up that's totally fine. Everyone has his/her own preferences and this tutorial is just a hint who it can be done.
The shape of eyes differ a lot from one to another, so if you want to try it the way I do my make-up you might have to adjust it to your own eyes.
