Do you have parents who monitor your activity on here who will tell you to take down anything they consider inappropriate, even if people really love whatever it is you submitted?
Do you just want to hide a deviation from another user?
Do you want to make it so only certain people can look at a deviation?
Well here's some suggestions I have. Yes, I know there's an option to hide deviations, but it doesn't hide them 100%. And here's why. If you've used this method before, try logging out of your account. The info is still there, but it says the picture's hidden. That way, it'll be obvious that you're hiding something. And that'll turn out nasty.
My suggestion is that hopefully deviantART will make it so you can hide the deviation 100% and it won't be visible when you log out (not even the description or a notification that it's there). Some sites already have this, why can't deviantART?
My idea would be when you are submitting something, you can chose an

Italy sighed as he knocked on the door of the quaint little house, his focus shifting to the American flag that was waving gently in the breeze. The man nearly jumped as the door was eagerly jerked open by the excited blonde.
"Italy! Glad you could make it, bro! I've already got our swim trunks in the car, we can head to the beach as soon as you're ready!"
The Italian looked up to the sky, nervously eyeing the clouds that were starting to form, "Eh, America, don't you think it might be wiser to stay indoors today? The weather looks like it could turn awfully stormy. And I'm sure it would anger Germany to return from his trip to find out that I've been struck by lightening!" Always wanting to play it safe, Italy hoped that the overly enthusiastic country would be happy to spend a day inside doing something calm. But, of course, he knew hoping for such a thing was a long shot. "Hey, dude, don't worry about it! The weatherman said we might get nothing but a few

"Couldn't we just go to a movie instead? Play some video games? Walk through the park? Mountain climbing? Anything!?"
America whined all afternoon, much to the dismay of England. "Honestly, America, I have never met anyone so uncultured that they considered it a punishment to spend a night at the theatre. Perhaps if you took in a bit more history other than your own, you wouldn't be considered such a joke."
"I'm not a joke! You just don't know how to have a good time!"
America and England argued all the way to the theatre. But, the younger nation did feel obligated to abide to the other's wishes. England had gone through a great deal of trouble to look after him while he had been sick and forced to stay in bed for a week; a favor was owed. Taking their seats, America rested his head in his hand, waiting for the curtain to rise so that this event could be over and done with. "Be honest, is there anything to look forward to in this play?" America's t
