Well, first of all, do not do a play by play recreation of a visual fight. To describe each and every blow in detail can be easy to lose track off. This is not a video, so don't treat it like one. Highlighting certain details are fine, even encouraged, to clarify a character's skill set or tactical thinking, aka seeing a right cross coming, catching it mid swing, twisting the arm awkwardly unto itself and replying with a kick in the face of the assailant.
