About a week had passed and Bigby was doing everything he could he avoid you, fearing that he would scare you again. He couldn't be near you if he couldn't control himself- it was something he hadn't experienced before. He had been with women a hell of a lot more intimately than he was with you last night and never had any issues with transforming. There was something about you that just... Dragged it out of him. He simply couldn't risk being that way around you.
One morning when returning home from the office, he stood in front of his door for a while, fumbling with his keys. "Dammit..." He could never remember which one was which.
"..." He paused, hearing someone yelling down the hall
"Shut your mouth bitch. You know you owe me"
"No I don't! I've paid you- plus interest!"
"That won't cut it"
Bigby's head whipped in the direction of the yelling, suddenly realizing one voice belonged to you. As much as he didn't want to see you, he sure as hell wasn't about to l

Bigby spent the majority of his day helping you move into your new apartment in the Woodlands. You didn't own much, but it took a little while to transport things like your fridge and bed. It was interesting, helping you move had given him a little insight into your life.
It seemed like you had fallen on hard times before gaining your grandmother's inheritance. Your old apartment was run down, falling apart, it saddened him to know you were living in such conditions. He didn't know what you had been doing to keep yourself afloat and he didn't ask, figuring you would tell him if you wanted him to know.
In his day with you, he had actually enjoyed himself for the first time in a long while. The two of you talked and joked the entire time, he hadn't expected you to have such a wicked sense of humor. When you both finished up, it was a little difficult for him to say goodbye, but he remembered he would see you again in a few short hours.
Bigby took a long time getting ready for his possibl

"This is it" you unlocked the door to your new apartment and walked inside, Bigby following behind you. There wasn't much in the room, just a table with a phone, plus a little couch and a few boxes "as you can see, I haven't really moved in yet" you were a little embarrassed at the state your new home was in
"I could help you with that if you want. No way a little lady like you could lift everything" he teased you a bit, earning a punch in the arm.
"Don't underestimate me!... But some help would be very much appreciated" you smiled and clasped your hands together, looking up at him with grateful eyes. "...I think I'm gonna stay here for the night"
"I was going to suggest that... I don't want you out on the streets again" Bigby folded his arms over his chest, glad that you were thinking the same as him.
"Yeah, I've definitely learned my lesson on that... Thanks for walking me home. It really made me feel safe." You were very genuine and that made him blush a bit.
"Ah, no problem" he rub

A rough pair of hands slammed you into the side of a building, suspending you in the air just a few inches above the ground. "Don't struggle and this won't be so bad" he hissed in your ear. The warmth of his breath made you cringe, there was no way you would give in
"Help!" You cried out and kicked against him, only to be met with a hand over your mouth.
"I told you not to struggle" his voice was more threatening this time, you knew this was going to be bad. He pulled you from the wall, then smacked your body back into it like a rag doll. Your head hit the bricks with a sickening smack and you saw stars
"No..." You didn't have it in you to fight anymore and you could feel him tugging at your clothes. The best you could do was wait for this to be over with, it was done now. But, to your surprised, the hands were removed from you. You fell to the ground in a heap of limbs.
"Oof-!" You could hear someone hitting the concrete, then punches, lots of them, maybe too much. You couldn't tell w

Author’s Note: The story begins with both Barry and the reader being sophomores in high school. This story is ehh; I dunno, it’s not that great but I spent a lot of time on this so I still want to post it. I feel like Barry’s pretty out of character too agh I’m sorry. Oh, also, the whole story is pre-the Flash, so I might write another part later when he actually becomes the Flash. This is loosely based on the song of the same name by Jesse McCartney (which I’m like obsessed with, YOU GUYS SHOULD REALLY GO LISTEN TO IT), link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZ5iCKed6mk . Anyways, hopefully you don’t hate it too much! It’s almost 3,000 words so at least it’s sort of long (for me at least)?
“Hey, Barry?” You asked nervously, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear as you rocked on the balls of your feet.
“What’s up?” Barry responded, cocking his head cur

Author's Note: I am like literally falling asleep as I edit and finish writing this, so I apologize I advance for any errors you might find. I also apologize as I’m pretty sure most characters are out of character. Spoilers for Big Hero 6. This whole story takes place over the course of 3-4 years. I hope you don’t hate it too much, loves!
You watched as Hartley questioned Cisco, the new worker at S.T.A.R. Labs, with a scowl on his face. You took pity on the new guy (you had known Hartley since high school and had had time to get used to Hartley, but to new people, well…he could be a bit hard to swallow) and walked over to where they were talking, laying a hand on Hartley’s shoulder in warning.
“Hartley,” You scolded gently. “Be nice to the new guy.”
Hartley grumbled something under his breath before he fell silent and walked away.
“Sorry about him,” You said, smiling apologetically. “He can be a bit
