Surfing is writing poetry among the aqua waves
With your board as your pencil
And the water as your paper
Surfing is expressing yourself
Even maybe your very own escape
You're in your own little world
And you don't want anyone to get you out
Surfing is the greatest high you can get without the use of drugs
The most thrilling rush of adrenaline
Of what you want and expect
Surfing is what I do
Just for me
And no one else
So take me or break me
