Light, and the Coming Darkness (A.C. Pt 3)Language was a joy for MOG-5. Being able to coherently express thought and ideas as something more than emotion and vague concepts was a priceless gift. At first, the notion was alien and frustrating, yielding disappointing results; however, once it had grasped the idea of labeling objects and actions by a combination of tonal distortions, it was nearly impossible to get MOG-5 to stop talking. The linguists directing this stage of the project struggled to reprogram the speech and grammar AI fast enough to meet MOG-5’s needs.More Like This
