It was considerably different from the English version in an impression, but I like both*σvσ*

I finished my weekly work a few hours early last night and decided I'd take a quick pony break. There are so many ponies to choose from, so I just sketched until I found a sketch I wanted to make into a full painting. And ta-da! Fluttershy! I gave her some flowers since it's spring time now. Her colors are perfect for spring, you know? Ok I'm just rambling now.

I think the majority of the time I spent on this was between the quilt and trying to figure out how to do cast light at an angle onto an angled surface. The light is probably totally inaccurate, but I think it look's quite nice at least.

The jelly is not the only thing that warms our heart.

So, I heard you like Fluttershy, and ponytails.

With the recent burnout I'm feeling, I thought I would just go for something simple. So, I did this to a break from my video editing and commissions tasks. Now, back to work.

I'm messing around with layers again. ~(•ᴗ•~ )
I hope I can finish the other ones before my inspiration goes away.

Dearest Sister,

I am still at least one day south of Neighra Falls, and yet I can already feel the faintest hint of the arctic on the wind–almost as if it knew I was about to fly out and meet it. The ship is making a brief supply stop, after which I will resume the northeasterly course we discussed and make for the first Tower.

As I shall be crossing the 43rd ley division within two days, this is the last letter I will be able to transmit until the return voyage.

This one is pretty obviously inspired by the newest episode.
I'm not sure how I feel about the portrayal of Trixie, but overall it was a very funny episode!
I had lots of fun with this one, it's been very long since I've been in the flow like this. Suddenly the times was like 4 am, and I noticed how tired I was.
This time I decided to try out grayscaling again, in an attempt to focus on values.

It's a good piece I think, but I always have problems shading white ponies because of the contrast issue. Also, I think I coulda made it more sad, but I really don't like seeing ponies sad TOO much (except Trixie, I like abusing her :3 )

Just something semi-quick once again by sudden breeze of inspiration from the episode. Been a while since the last time I've done a more lighter toned picture.

But yah, was quite nice to see the "other" side of her in this episode.

I had this in my mind for a lot of time. But only few days ago I was able to finally draw this. I'm very proud for the result.

$2 commission (of sorts) for . If I'd paid $0.10 a day for every day it took me to get around to finishing this from the day he original paid me, he'd be quite deserving of the upgrade from sketch-n-flat this was originally supposed to be.

For his fanfic, "Mood Wings." He told me to just draw something for it, and while I didn't quite choose a scene FROM the fic, well... this is perhaps the epilogue.
