A little process pic.
Iím FINALLY done coloring and shading all my Blade & Soul drawings!!! Hallelujah! Well this was great practice. Iíve got a long way to go to get to Kimís caliber but Iím one step closer and a bit wiser now. I really learned a lot about corel painter in the process. These are the first drawings Iíve used the program with.

I'm working on a really big project right now. Or really it's just fan art of the mmorpg game Blade & Soul. The games character designer is my very favorite artist HyungTae Kim. I just love everything he does!
I watched two trailers for of the game and there were so many characters and monsters I liked so I just had to do some fan art. ^^' And I'm trying to draw and color them like Kim which is challenging. So it's taking some time. I still have to do all the shadows in painter (first time really using the program @~@) and the background.
All of the characters are seen more or less in a few early trailers I found. Character ďpurpleĒ is drawn almost straight from the trailers, pose and all, and the frog monsters too. But the rest are my own poses and to some extent my interpretation of the character since it was sometimes hard to see how a character actually looked in the trailer (because the video quality wasnít the best of the character that was shown)
