A brand new version of the old Utonium family tree! ^^ Wow, I have way too much spare time on my hands...

New additions: Brite, my OC Powerpuff who was created by the evil Dick Hardley, now gets a mention (as does Dick as her father), and Him appears as the RRB's other daddy. :D

Made all snazzy and redone properly in Family Tree Builder v6 from MyHeritage.com© And produced in shiny PDF format! I now feel this looks smartly-done enough to just about warrant inclusion in the gallery instead of being discarded to the scraps. ^^

Powerpuff Girls are © :iconcmcc:
Original puff Brite is my creation. As are the Powerpuff Daughters. ^^

Amazingly, the Utonium family can all sit still long enough to have their family portrait taken, without any of them rushing off to save the day!

Many many thanks go to :iconbbmbbf: *bbmbbf and his team at Palcomix for this one, it must've been a nightmare to draw. Even with large group images, they usually are able to break it down to pairs or threesomes and draw each small group, then put them all together at the end; but this is a very tight group, and I always over-describe my pictures to the last detail, as well.

But I just love the little touches; Bonnie and Breeze (the redhead and blonde girls down front) mimicking their mothers' subconsciously by crossing their legs towards each other; Bubbles affectionately claiming possession of Blossom with both hands on her knee, and her foot hooked around Blossom's ankle. Buttercup's arm around Robyn's shoulders, and the way the two of them are holding their own daughter Brianna between their laps.

Yep, I don't believe in natural looking hair colours - the baby's hair is blue. :p She is also Blossom and Bubbles' newborn baby Bambi - continuing the naming tradition of all names starting with B. And Buttercup and Robyn have a second girl on the way too (who will be Bethany).

Just to keep it all straight in my head, I came up with this FAMILY TREE, including dates (the girls were created at physically age 5, btw).

This used to be just about my favourite commission, especially of all my ones of the Powerpuff Girls - they're just having a picnic, but there's so much sweetness and loving between them all (especially between Blossy and Bubs, and between the twins)...

O yes, I should add there, when Blossom gave birth in the last picture, it turned out she'd had twins, not just one girl (she obviously could never have any boys though). The twins are named Bonnie (the redhead) and Breeze (the blonde). They're not very alike in personality as in looks, but they're often "joined at the hip", so to speak, regardless.

I love the interplay between the characters - I think :iconbbmbbf: *bbmbbf and his guys did a really excellent job with the body language of all four in this pic. Blossom playfully pinning Bubbles to the ground, and feeding her strawberries is so sweetly sensual, although to my mind it's Bubbles who is dominating Blossom, because she could easily get up if she really wanted to (she doesn't though), and the way Blossom is straddling Bubbles' thigh is quite submissive. The slightest movement from Bubbles right now could probably turn Blossom straight to jello... :hump:
Further, the obvious closeness between Bonnie and Breeze - not just physically, but emotionally; cuddling up to each other while watching their mommies very public display of very great affection, revelling in the love all around them.

And I just adore Blossom's very simple, yet still very sexy, dress and matching hair ribbon.

I think this might be my last upload for tonight. I could keep going (I've made a lot of commissions), but then I'd have nothing left to do later. :)

So here we are with the third pic in my "Warmer" series, and Bubbles and Blossom went to their Senior Prom together - and their class voted them as King and Queen of the prom. Aww, how sweet! :aww:

Even before they got married, Blossom was pregnant. Don't ask, I never really made up any rules about how Powerpuff fem-preg works. :p But it does, and since the wedding, Blossom is slowly beginning to show. They've not had their honeymoon yet though 'cos both were too committed to finishing their senior year first. :work:

I do realise that to an extent, this and the previous two images in the series are quite similar in style, with Bubbles and Blossom facing each other and in similar poses (although the first one was whilst lying on a bed, the other two standing). The footsie was so cute, I couldn't leave it out.

Thanks again to :iconbbmbbf: *bbmbbf and his team at Palcomix for drawing these lovely lovely pics for me. Their dresses and crowns are really pretty, and also very classy (not loads and loads of bare flesh, which would look kinda out of place at a formal dance).

I wish English secondary schools would hold a prom for final Year 11/12/13 students. n_n

I just *have* to say this first - I LOVE their wedding dresses!

This follows on in my post-"Warmer" fic series of PPG pictures by the talented :iconbbmbbf: *bbmbbf and crew.

Bubbles and Blossom are getting married - the ceremony is being performed by Ms. Bellum, so naturally she is out of view (standind behind us, in fact), and Professor Utonium is standing off to the side.

Those dresses they're wearing really are beautiful though, aren't they? And you can see from the look in their eyes that they really do love each other...unless you're too busy noticing friend Robyn's hand wandering elsewhere. ;) In this fic-'verse, Robyn and Buttercup also got hooked up, and I decided to make Robyn the more sexually assertive one just because seeing BC getting dominated by her best friend was kinda fun! I also figured Buttercup wouldn't be up for wearing a dress, even at a wedding, hence the suit (all those frills were a compromise forced by Bubbles).

The powerpuff-related commissions to Palcomix kept on going, as I now reached a really big, important milestone in the PPGs lives (btw, I commissioned these out of order, so I'm just putting them back in order here).

Blossom is giving birth to her and Bubbles' first baby, and naturally Bubbles - being the "father" of the little one, is on hand to lend all the support she can. How sweet! :aww: They were kinda caught by surprise though; a midwife is on her way, but in the meantime, the Professor had been reading up on delivery just in case... ^^;

I love the scene in this one - Bubbles and Blossom now own, or at least rent, their own small home nearer their new college campus, hence why this looks nothing like the Utonium house of old. :) The expressions are so great, and the way Bubbles is comforting Blossy is just adorable. :huggle: The angle of the scene was pitched just right to imply everything that's going on, but nothing is seen, to avoid requiring any image warnings. :)

This is just about one of my favourite pieces of art so far - when I commissioned this pic from :iconarabatos: ~arabatos I had an idea in my mind, which was pretty darn cute.

When I received an email back from him containing this resulting picture, I was blown away by how ridiculously adora-bubble this scene is!

:aww: :huggle: :aww: :glomp: :aww:  :aww:

The three girls in this scene are, from left to right:
Bethany and Brianna, daughters of Buttercup and Robyn; and Bambi, youngest daughter of Bubbles and Blossom in my AU-fic-universe. ^^;

(See my family tree in scraps for more details --> [link])

Bubbles and Blossom decided to go out for a night on the town, maybe dinner or something, and so did Buttercup and Robyn. I guess Breeze and Bonnie (Bambi's older twin sisters) are busy with homework or went to a party or something, so Bambi has been sent over to spend the night with her cousins, putting on a pair of comfy slippers and curling up in front of some slightly scary movie. Aww, doesn't Bethie just look precious, trying sooo hard to stay awake and be a "big girl" like her sister and cousin? :aww:

And the family members just keep on coming! :) I've skipped forward a few more years now, and the little brunette kiddo from the last picture now has a little sister, cute little Bethany.

And just why can't some Powerpuffs be born with green hair? I'm just making up rules of Powerpuff biology and reproduction as I go along anyway, so I figure "why not?" :giggle:

As usual Palcomix did an excellent job of this picture. The older sister, Brianna (or simply Bree to those close to her) is teaching her little sister Bethany (or affectionately, Bethie) to fly - by trying to get her to put her trust in standing on what is essentially thin air. Hence why they're practicing over a swimming pool, it's less painful if the lesson fails the first few times. :p

I cocked up the description here, unfortunately - what I meant to say was that Bree was hovering above the water, coaxing Bethany to stand on her outstretched palms, but instead I said she was "floating", and :iconbbmbbf: *bbmbbf put her lying down on a lilo, floating on top of the water. But that was entirely my fault for using the ambiguous (in this context) word floating.

L'il Bethie is sooo cute, I just wanna give her a cuddle! :huggle: She trusts her sister explicitly that nothing really bad will happen (well, she could get wet), but even so is still a little apprehensive. She doesn't quite realise that as soon as she puts all of her weight on Bree's palms, Bree's gonna move her hands away while keeping Bethie distracted from what she's not standing on (The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy school of flying, isn't it? :nerd: :D).

:nerd: :D).

The powerpuff-related commissions to Palcomix kept on going, as I now reached a really big, important milestone in the PPGs lives (btw, I commissioned these out of order, so I'm just putting them back in order here).

Blossom is giving birth to her and Bubbles' first baby, and naturally Bubbles - being the "father" of the little one, is on hand to lend all the support she can. How sweet! :aww: They were kinda caught by surprise though; a midwife is on her way, but in the meantime, the Professor had been reading up on delivery just in case... ^^;

More realistic looking redesigns of all three Simpson children. Also with Maggie aged up to 7yo, 'cos Maggie gets overlooked in the show because she's a baby.

Thanks again and much huuuuuuugz to :iconbbmbbf: for the designs and character sheet. :huggle:

This time, the character is Lisa Marie Simpson. I kept some aspects of her physical appearance the same. Namely, she still wears a loose red dress and a faux pearl necklace (You thought it was real? How could Homer afford that??). But the triangular-cut hem and the spiky hair I threw out.

As Matt Groening has stated in some interviews, he never intended originally for the spiky haircuts to stay; that was simply so that they had easily recognisable silhouettes for ease of drawing. But the network liked them so they stayed. This hair is more natural though. :) I also asked him to add straps to her dress because strapless dresses are, I think, intended for older girls (when there's enough of a chest to hold them up).

Commissioned by me from Palcomix, many thankies to :iconbbmbbf: *bbmbbf for his artistic skillz. :D

"Let's go fly a kite!
Up to the highest height!
Let's go fly a kite,
and send it soaring...."

I have to stop there, 'cos another line and I'll end up being charged for royalties. :giggle:

A pretty cutesy commission I paid :iconarabatos: ~arabatos to draw for me, of my anime forms of Lisa and Maggie Simpson (see my scraps for character sheet images of them both), out flying a kite on Springfield one fine early summer afternoon.

I chose to make Maggie older so that Lisa could have a playmate, someone who saw the world through a similar set of eyes to herself and wouldn't mock Lisa's sources of pleasure. So there are similarities between Lisa and Maggie, not only in looks but also a bit in personalities (though that's difficult to convey in a still pic). But they certainly look similar, with Maggie (I place her at being about 6 or 7yo) dressing like her fave big sis, styling her hair the same, the same style shoes, even the pearls...except Maggie wears them as an anklet instead, for a small bit of variation. :D And of course, a similar hair colour, though Maggie's is just a shade more red.

I like to think that, any moment now, Maggie's gonna lower her hands and start playfully rib-tickling Lisa until she almost lets go of the kite. She just looks like the kind of playfully mischevious girl who might, y'know? ;)

Lisa, Maggie, and the Simpsons are © 20C Fox, Matt Groening.
These more human-ish designs of them are © nzz1@deviantart.com and :iconbbmbbf:/Palcomix.

The final Simpson child is redesigned, courtesy of :iconbbmbbf: *bbmbbf and co.

As a baby in the show, her character is mostly overlooked, because....well, because she's a baby. She can't move so well, or talk, although she often does stuff she's almost never the centre of the story. So I decided that when Bbmbbf was redesigning her, I'd like to make her older, so she can play a bigger part in the family.

So here she is, at about 6 or so - still the baby of the family, but old enough to join in properly. She looks up to her sister, but is a little more proper maybe, and her mode of dress reflects this - she wears her hair the same way (even though it's a shade more orange), she wears a dress (though Maggie's actually covers her shoulders), she wears the backless shoes that Lisa usually wears on the show, and she wears pearls (though to be different, as an anklet).

I was even going to commission a picture of Maggie and Lisa having a jam session, with Maggie playing an electric keyboard; or a guitar, I couldn't make my mind up. That's why that never happened.

My final picture to upload (just for the moment), and then I'll be caught up with the backlogue of all my commissioned pictures. ^_^

I commissioned this excellent picture from :iconarabatos: ~arabatos about a month ago, (along with a few others which I've already posted up here), because I wanted an image related to the Gaia Trilogy of Super NES video-games that I could also get printed off and use it as a kick-ass poster on my bedroom wall. ~arabatos delivers.

This pic is seriously dramatic and made of awesomesauce and WIN! and all the characters look properly in the mood (well, Lisa on the far left looks more angry than just determined and ready to fight, but that works). Kara is smiling happily, but she was always a little bit blasé about dire situations, to be honest. :)

From left to right; the cast of this poster-ific pic are:
  • Lisa, the "love interest" from Soul Blazer.
  • Will, the hero of Illusion of Gaia, and a descendant of the Dark Knights.
  • Princess Elle, the heroine of Terranigma, and Ark's girlfriend in the end. She can be quite dangerous when she really needs to be... :evillaugh: Also known in Europe as Princess Melina. She's also Princess of France and adopted daughter of King Henri XIII.
  • Ark, the hero of Terranigma.
  • Princess Kara, Will's girlfriend in Illusion of Gaia and ends up taking the lead in the group as they travel the world together. She's also a descendant of the Light Knights, and Princess of Edward Kingdom (daughter of King Edward and Queen Edwina).
  • Blazer, the warrior sent from Heaven by the Master to save the world in Soul Blazer.
There is, seriously, not one thing about this picture that I don't love. I love and +fav and hug this picture sooooo much, thanks to ~arabatos! :glomp:

I love the game "Terranigma" so much; if you haven't played it yet, why not? ;p

Meilin is the magickal girl in the game, who can create illusions of various sorts. She tends to show up and get on Ark's nerves a bit at various times, and he treats her mostly like a slightly annoying little sister. This is bad news for her, 'cos guess who she's crushing on? Yep...

Anyway, this is how she looks when she's being all cute 'n stuff. :D

:iconshadowoflight01: =shadowoflight01 really did some great work on this here commission piccy, and all due props to her for the unusual and difficult "over the shoulder" pose. I just have to say - I sooo adore those eyes! :dalove:

For all the fans of Terranigma - and for non-fans of this awesome Super NES game, PLAY IT ALREADY! :giggle:

Lady Fyda is a cool character within Terranigma's world, with quite a lot of past. When you first meet her, she is the Captain of the Royal Guard for King Henri 13 of France, and the personal bodyguard to Princess Elle; she helps you out when an innkeeper tries to charge you a rip-off million gems to stay the night. But through the course of the game, you discover more about Elle's past, and Fyda's, and how the two came to be so close. I shan't ramble on anymore it all here though.

Play the game. :) Visit the #1 fansite. :D

To round off the triplet of busts that I commissioned of the Gaia Trilogy girls, from :iconshadowoflight01: =shadowoflight01, this one is of the female lead from the final installment of the trilogy, Elle.

There are actually two Elle's in the game - and in the version of the game sold in mainland Europe, they are called Melina instead. Ark's childhood sweetheart in his hometown of Crysta is the first Elle. He meets the second Elle for the very first time in the overworld, where she is Princess of France and daughter of King Henri. Except all is not quite what it seems here....this Elle is also a near-identical match for Crysta's Elle, apart from having a slightly redder hair-colour.

:iconshadowoflight01: =shadowoflight01 did a beautiful job of this bust picture, in fact it's my personal favourite of the three Gaia Girls. She often behaves in a way fitting a classic damsel-in-distress, yet she does have hidden reserves to draw on in extremely desperate situations, and is not afraid to follow through when she feels something has to be done. The style used for her here actually combines the dress worn by Crysta's Elle (though in different colours), with the hairstyle of Princess Elle - sorta like the best of both worlds. :)

I really wish they would re-release the Soul Blazer trilogy for the Wii VC, or produce a new game in the same theme.

Acually my favorite commission I've ever done becose is from my second favorite game, Terranigma, and there is not so much art of this game, so everytime I must draw something about Terranigma I enjoy it a lot.

The characters are Ark and Mei Lin (the little brat). Both belongs to Quintet.

I would like to get more works like this.

If you're interested in to commission me send me a note!

    14 hours in total time.
Sketch and color with photoshop CS and lines with Sai Paint Tool.

Enjoy it, and if you haven't played Terranigma for Snes then DO IT!! or you'll die!

    Bethany and Brianna, daughters of Buttercup and Robyn; and Bambi, youngest daughter of Bubbles and Blossom in my AU-fic-universe. ^^;

:aww:

I love the scene in this one - Bubbles and Blossom now own, or at least rent, their own small home nearer their new college campus, hence why this looks nothing like the Utonium house of old. :) The expressions are so great, and the way Bubbles is comforting Blossy is just adorable. :huggle: The angle of the scene was pitched just right to imply everything that's going on, but nothing is seen, to avoid requiring any image warnings. :)

The powerpuff-related commissions to Palcomix kept on going, as I now reached a really big, important milestone in the PPGs lives (btw, I commissioned these out of order, so I'm just putting them back in order here).
