You could have killed your friend for setting you up on a blind date. Not literally, figuratively. In her mind for some reason, you needed to have a man in your life and you thought you were perfectly fine without one. You were content with your life.
In the end, you went a long with the idea and were starting to feel like an idiot for doing so. You wore a simple navy blue short sleeved dress that came a little above yours knees with simple black flat shoes. You didn't feel it was necessary to dress up completely for a date you weren't all that interested in the first place.
