It does not look to be equipped with a transmitter or tracking device of any kind, that's not surprising seeing as this is intended for complete stealth, anything transmitting like that would be compromising if found by the opposing side.

Well starting in 2068 the Alliance Militia was founded by Ex Chief General Michael G. Hord of the American Military. Michael Hord had been excused from the American Military because of his decision to move his men East on a tactical move against the Japanese, rather than West. This decision ultimately ended in success, but the Military wouldn't have insubordination, so he was excused but wasn't going to give up. He rounded up other important leaders of the American Military and began recruiting in the shadows, planning not to overthrow the government, but replace the army and provide the Government with the soldiers and tactics that would win any war that the American Military would set foot on. But once the Government had figured out about the Alliance Militia, they planned to put a stop to it immediately with an assassination on Michael Hord's life. But
