It doesn't matter if you are interested in photo manipulation or writing, usually there is a tutorial for that. But at the same time there are so many great tutorials outside of deviantART and most deviantART users might never find them unless someone shows these tutorials to them. Few days ago I received an email from someone I don't know. It was a lady asking me to draw two additional kittens for the series I've been illustrating as they wanted to make a calendar from the covers I made. Deadline was set, because project was already decided and one thing left was the price.
As I was quite pleased with the price for all other illustration I decided not to change it too much. Also deadline was fine... But I didn't feel like working for the same money forever so I asked for a bit more (like +25%).
