Here is a 1080p video of it in action.
[link]

Inspired by the Iron man HUD layout, I went and designed this layout for my Windows 7. WATCH IN 1080p Full screen for best preview.
Fully functioning clocks/cpu info/weather/etc WITHOUT lag. Every thing is interactive and efficient. I will soon be releasing a full on tutorial on how to set this up. You guys will be provided with the files and instructions.

Sorry about the shaky video, and small unfocused parts, I had to record with one hand and move around. The design looks much better, than seen in this video. I will make a whole new video, this time, actually recording the screen via software and providing more detailed info. I just don't have time at the moment.

Please like/favorite so I can get a sense of how many people wish to have this layout.
-----------------------------------
~Extra info:
1. THESE ARE NOT STANDARD WIDGETS. These are not something you can on windows, these are smart apps which are capable of much more, without using much system resources.
2. Everything is locked into place so they will not be moving around with accidental clicks and what not.
3. Everything starts up when windows starts, so no need to manually restart every time.
4. The bottom left, indicates the ram/memory usage, and allows me to click the start button to access info from the top.
5. Bottom right, are 2 USB drive memory usage indicators. Working just fine.
6. Middle left is the audio controller, up/down, fairly obvious.
7. Next to Data/music/video tabs, there is a real time file/memory indicator.
8. The music controls above the tabs, has iTunes hooked up, so clicking the red start buttons allows me to not only open itunes, but control the music as well. (Other comparable ones are not capable of this).
9. At the very bottom middle, I have a full fledged mac dock (this is not a object dock), which is capable of everything the real mac dock is able to do. I can shut down/sleep etc my comp/minimize and maximize/have same effects and much more.

*EDIT* FINISHED UNFOLDING THE ENTIRE SUIT!!! :la:

AND FIGURED OUT THE SCALE, TOO! The default size of this template is best suited to cosplayers who are 5ft 7in tall. However, though, I've also added a 'key' to help accurately re-size it yourself if you need to. :D

Thrown together via request. So far only the helmet is properly organized on the print layout, but the entire suit of armor IS there. You'll just have to arrange everything yourself if you want the rest of it before I can get around to polishing this off all spiffy. Ven's armor was actually 6th down my 'To-Papercraft' list, but whatever. Quick and half-hat often actually IS better than a-year-later-and-perfect. ;)

This is Ventus' gameplay model from "Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep". Default size is 6ft 3in (190cm) tall from shoe bottoms to horn tips. I have not yet calculated what that translates to in terms of wearer-height, but I'm sure you'll manage.

APOLOGIES, but I can't afford to "unlock" Pepakura Designer on my computer at this time. So, that means I cannot save .pdo files, at least for the time being. I figured a PDF would be better than nothing. First and foremost I made this for myself, as much as I do enjoy sharing, and the inconvenience doesn't actually bother me that much. :p

THIS WAS MADE FROM A MODEL RIPPED FROM KINGDOM HEARTS II FINAL MIX. I have the Birth By Sleep model, but the KHII version just looked more sleek, badmuffin, and mysterious. I think the "ears" are a tad longer. In all, I just liked it better. The difference could in fact just be my imagination. At the end of the day, this is still right out of the games! (The Japan-only editions, mind you.)
:iconheartlesslaplz: :iconheartlesslaplz: :iconheartlesslaplz: :iconheartlesslaplz: :iconheartlesslaplz: :iconheartlesslaplz: :iconheartlesslaplz: :iconheartlesslaplz::iconheartlesslaplz::iconheartlesslaplz:

Version WITHOUT texture: [link]

I HAVE NOT TEST-BUILT THIS YET!

Known Quirks:

0. What in the unhealthy name of deep fried french fries?!!!! Wha happen to the texture?!! Sorry, it seems to have become cell-shaded in the process of uploading the PDF to DeviantArt. IT'S DEVIANTART'S FAULT! I'll try again, but if it still doesn't work, you'll just have be happy with the best I can do. :|

1. This is not to scale, but it is large, so take some measurements to estimate proportionately weather it will be too small or too big for you.

2. None of the glue tabs are labeled yet. :noes::noes::noes::noes: *Jaws music plays*

3. The polygon faces on the .obj file were inside out, so if you know which dotted lines mean "valley fold" and "mountain fold"-----I actually don't-----then just imagine they mean the other way around.

In all.....as a total undeniable Noobus ignoramus on the subject of 3D modeling.......you happen to be looking at the result of nearly a week of solid sleepless study and tinkering with code that might as well be in written Iclandinc for all I know. Would have gone much faster and less painfully if any of the experts I write to for help ever write back. Ever.

But I would not be denied. :icongamefaceplz: Just lucky for me that my uncle, who happened to stop in the other day to fix our AC, happened to know his way around .mdx -> .obj file conversion. Yes, we here in AZ are still running our AC at this time of year. To us, October means that it's finally not hot outside after 10pm. :noes:

And, sorry, but I still can't spare the $40 to get the ability to save .pdo files unlocked by the Pepakura peeps. It's on my Christmas wishlist though. :)

EDIT 5/11/2014: Guys. GUYS. STAAAHHHP. This journal is fucking FIVE YEARS OLD, and that's about how old all of you are acting. I would say sorry for ~ruining your life~ by venting about your favorite sparkly animoo, but I'm not. And if your whole identity is really tied up in a fucking fandom, you have serious issues. Seek help. Disabling comments when I can, because whether you're trying to prove some stupid point to me, defend me, or logic this out with me, you're all equally retarded. Go home, boys and girls, show's over!

So a few friends have been asking me lately what I've got against this inexplicably popular series that seems to have popped up recently called Axis Powers Hetalia. They love it... and I HATE it. Hate it hate it hate it!!! But the mere fact that it fills me with boiling rage everytime I think about it is not a good enough reason for them, so I guess I'll try to piece together why it pisses me off so very much. -I'm- not even entirely sure why I dislike it so much, so this'll be a learning experience for everyone involved, hmm? :)

First off: the concept. Yes, it's kind of a cute idea. Anthropomorphization of anything can be fun if done well. The problem is, it's not done well. This wouldn't be such a big deal if the series wasn't so fucking popular. You can get away with some historical errors if you're a little podunk webcomicker with a solid twelve fans, but not if your series is so big that it gets turned into an anime. And the whole WWII thing is just in bad taste, especially coming from Japan, a country that, to this day, tends to deny any wrongdoing in WWII. And that's certainly not me hating on Japan, that's just a fact.

Second, the characters. Jesus-fucking-Christ-on-a-cross, the goddamn motherfucking characters. Talk about the most uninspired, unoriginal, impossible to tell apart, two-dimensional, and flat-out insulting cast of characters you've ever seen!! It pisses me off both as an artist and as a writer to see so much praise heaped upon such bland, poorly-designed characters. Yes, you can argue that they're supposed to be stereotypes or something and ignore the fact that none of them have any sort of engaging personality. Fine. Whatever. Have your Sues and eat them too. But couple that with the genericness of their aesthetic design and the already-poor art style of the original comic and you have a perfect piss-off-Lissa cocktail. Note to any budding artists out there: changing the hair/eye color/style of a person DOES NOT A NEW CHARACTER MAKE. If people tend to confuse your characters with each other, you are doing it. Fucking. Wrong.

Third, the history. Listen, Mr. Hotshot-Hetalia-Writer, if you're not going to do your fucking research, don't get anywhere NEAR the subject of world history to "satirize" (and APH is not satire, as this Deviant's journal kindly points out). The history of any given country, particularly of the powers involved in WWII, is a touchy, objective, and sometimes downright painful subject. To not handle the matter with care is a surefire way to piss off anyone whose life has been affected by things like the Holocaust or the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki or September 11th. If I've heard correctly, the comic completely glosses over the Holocaust. It's a comic about fucking World War II. Either include ALL of the war, both what little good is there to be found and the bad, or don't fucking cover the war at all. See what I mean? The very idea of trying to make light of such a dark part of history is incredibly offensive... and that's coming from someone who, to my knowledge, hasn't really been affected by WWII. Hell, I don't even give a damn about history and I don't claim to know much about it, I nearly failed that class a couple times. But I DO care about making fun of people who have done nothing wrong, and a LOT of innocents were wronged in that war. To pretend their suffering just didn't happen for the sake of entertainment is nothing short of despicable.

And I've saved the pettiest reason I hate Hetalia for last: the fucking fandom. I'll readily admit that mainstream anything tends to piss me off. Not always, but pretty damn often. I wouldn't even call Hetalia "mainstream," but it's popping up in enough places I frequent to REALLY get under my skin, DeviantART being the biggest offender here. A few people don't care for Hetalia because they're squicked by the yaoi it spawns. Well guess what? I love yaoi, and that's yet another reason I'm so pissed off by APH!! It's one thing to pair up fictional characters from a story and another entirely to slash entire countries with one another... and be entirely serious when you do so. If you were poking fun in an Encyclopedia Dramatica sort of way, fine by me. "OLOLOL THAT COUNTRY IS SO THAT OTHER COUNTRY'S BITCH LOLOL" and move on. But then people write fanfics and draw fanart of these bishounen that are supposed to represent countries and make them boink? And they actually try to make it serious? Excuse me?? I'm sorry, but the idea of countries even being attracted to one another is one I find so absurd as to be laughable. Countries, even anthropomorphized ones, do not have "relationships" with each other. It's all strictly business. Sure, you CAN twist all that around to fit your sparklypoo slashfics, but then you come right back to the issue of that whole "pissing off people" thing. Let's insult an entire generation of people for a silly little yaoi story. That sounds like a wonderful idea. :|

So there you have it, my overly wordy explanation for my anti-Hetalia-ness. All of that, plus the fact that I'm just really fucking sick of hearing about/seeing APH everywhere. Sane, rational people are treating this series like it's the best fucking thing to ever happen ever and that sentiment is pissing me off. It's not cute, it's not clever, it's not well-done, and no matter how many times you say otherwise, the fandom is fucking retarded... as most fandoms are.

And now I'm going to go read some nice, unoffensive, plotless yaoi to cool my rage - yaoi that is nothing more than two guys that are hot and want to sex it up. Nothing deeper than that. WHICH IS HOW IS SHOULD BE DAMMIT.

If perchance you encounter a feminist complaining about "male privilege", show them this chart, and hopefully, it will shut them up—if they're intellectually honest (which is a big "if" for feminists!):

4Chan

Reminds me of an excellent Duckman rant: "Like I'm supposed to take women on how they 'feel' seriously? You want to be accepted for your minds, but you throw a hissy fit royale if someone isn't saying you look great 30 hours a day. You say you want a nice guy but you only give it up to the creeps. You get to stay home, not go to war, live longer, and have sex whenever you want. So remind me again: exactly what is there to complain about?"

Today is International Women’s Day, which should be a celebration of women and their accomplishments, but more often than not, is coopted by radical feminists in order to push their myopic worldview and agenda.

Too many times, when someone like me expresses our disdain with modern feminism, the knee-jerk reaction from feminists is “Oh yeah! What do you have against equal rights for women?!”

I don’t think anyone else can offer a better rebuttal to this insipid question than Bernard Goldberg.

The following is an excerpt from his book “100 People Who Are Screwing Up America.” The entire book is exactly what the title says: a list of people whom Bernie feels is making America a worse place to live. It’s an amusing and equally enlightening read, and one that I highly recommend.

Before his epic list, he offers a few preliminary chapters summarizing the more frequent offenders. The following selection is from the chapter “Sex Warriors”, in which he explains how feminists have deviated far from the likes of Susan B. Anthony and Mary Wollstonecraft and have transformed into the funhouse mirror reflection of their former selves:
A few years ago, I was the keynote speaker at the annual meeting of the National Organization for Women in Washington D.C. Every important feminist this side of Venus was there. I got a standing ovation as I walked the podium, and my speech was interrupted too many times to count by enthusiastic applause.

I started out by saying, “I’m going to take this opportunity to speak truth to power.” I pointed out that there was just too much anger coming from the entrenched feminist camp, too much hostility that often showed its ugly face in the face of male-bashing. I told them that I thought Gloria Steinem’s line about how “a woman needs a bicycle” was juvenile, and that over the years, there had been too much of the same from feminist leaders. In conclusion, I told them to back off, to knock off the sexual warrior crap, that men were not the enemy, and that their constant whining about being “victims” made them look not like strong women but like little schoolgirls.

Then, two incredible things happened: First: every woman in the room rose as one and gave me a roaring second standing ovation, which went on even longer than the first. Then my alarm clock went off.

Yes, I would have to be dreaming to think anything like that would really happen, because the second you open your mouth to say anything even mildly critical of feminism—or, more accurately, the excess of feminism—you’re immediately called either anti-woman, right-wing, reactionary, or, if you’re female, a traitor to your gender. And that’s just for openers.

Look, let me gladly acknowledge the many good things feminists have accomplished for women in this country: Women can vote, thanks to feminists. Women can work in whatever field interests them, thanks to feminists. Women can be sexually liberated if they choose thanks to feminists. Women can blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah blah…

A personal note: I have a daughter, as well as a son, so I couldn’t be happier that she’s got many more oopprtunities than her grandmother had. And if that were all that feminism was about—leveling the playing field—I’d not only have a picture of molly Yard hanging over my bed, I’d kiss it every now and then.

But that’s not what feminism in America is about. Too much of the time it’s about the never-ending saga of women as “victims” and men as “oppressors.”

Let’s look at what some of the leaders of modern feminism have said since the revolution began:

• Catherine Commins, when she was an assistant dean of students at Vassar College, told Time Magazine that “Men who are unjustly accused of rape can gain from the experience.”

• Marilyn French, a best-selling feminist author, has written that “The entire system of female oppression rests on ordinary men, who maintain it with a fervor and dedication to duty that any secret police force might envy. What other system can depend on almost half the population to enforce a policy daily, publicly and privately, with utter reliability….As long as some men use physical force to subjugate females, all men need not.”

• Mary Daly, an important feminist academic, when asked what she thought of the idea (put forth of another feminist) that the male population should be reduced, to cut down on violence, responded: “I think it’s not a bad idea at all. If life is to survive on this planet, there must be a decontamination of the Earth. I think this will be accompanied by an evolutionary process that will result in a drastic reduction of the population of males. People are afraid to say that kind of stuff anymore.”

Gee, I wonder why. But instead of being shunned as radicals spouting screwball feminist theology, these women, and many more like them, have actually been embraced—and not just by other radical feminists, but also by the mainstream media, who portray them as visionaries and latter-day heroines. And with that kind of respectability bestowed on them, they have pushed programs and legislative agendas that have driven us apart, defining women as victims perpetually in need of special treatment; worse, they’ve been allowed to rewrite textbooks and alter school curricula in an effort to indoctrinate our children, pushing their tired notions about victims and oppressors.

Like so many other activists, who are less interested in the facts than in stoking anger on behalf of their own agenda, radical feminists refuse to acknowledge a basic reality: Time have changed. They’ve changed a lot and they’ve changed for the better. The evidence is so obvious and so overwhelming, it takes a lot of work and a kind of willful blindness to deny it.

• In America today, women earn the majority of bachelor’s degrees and master’s degrees, and are projected to earn the majority of doctoral degrees within a generation.

• For all the attention given to the “wage gap,” when allowances are made for experience and voluntary absences, such a gap ceases to exist.

And as Cathy Young, who describes herself as a dissident feminist,” has pointed out, the feminist rhetoric of women-as-victims has almost nothing to do with today’s reality: “Girls are not silenced or ignored in the classroom,” she writes in her book Ceasefire! “Medicine has not neglected women’s health. Abuse by men is not the leading cause of injury to American women….Gender disparity in pay and job status are not merely a consequence of sex discrimination…”

Ms. Young is right. It is time for a ceasefire. Better yet, it’s time to finally end the gender war wars altogether. Because the radical feminists who have been trying to create a brave new world in their own image only speak for themselves. They sure don’t speak for most men in America and—you know what?—they don’t speak for most women, either.

And they never did.
Some of the feminists he listed in his book included Gloria Steinem and Katherine Hanson. If the book were written today, it would most certainly also list the likes of Anita Sarkeesian, Rebeca Watson, and Sandra Fluke.

In fact, despite this book having been written nearly a decade ago, the previous reflection on feminism remains just as accurate today, if not more so. If anything, sites like Jezebel and Tumblr has exasperated the feminist problem to the point where Bernie’s words will remain true 50 years down the road.

That’s the main problem with feminists: they have changed so radically, and yet, at the same time, will never change.

Excerpt from "Through the Heartlands Part 3" (My FAVORITE part ;D)

His right arm hooked around Malkhai's waist as he pulled her to him with the same eagerness he displayed before, lavishing her lips with kisses of sincere love and want. It was expected, yet when it happened it still drained strength from her legs. To gesture that she welcomed this she wrapped her arms around his neck and returned his kisses. He stood a few inches taller than her, so she had to stand on the tips of her toes to meet his height.

But then Lucien fixed that problem for her. One free arm was all he needed to lift the lightweight dunmer off her feet and wedge her between his body and the wooden doors. Such sudden and vigorous movements were almost as frightening as they were intoxicating. Their faces were level with each other; all the better to see the eyes that practically demanded him to continue.

'Indeed... Speak to me. Talk to me all night.' Malkhai's mind and body screamed.

First kisses are always wonderful but a bit scary. You're frozen stiff in the moment, feeling limp and quickly drained of the strength in the legs that keeps them steady.

Well at least for me lmol. I have my husband to thank for giving me the inspiration so that I know what its like to be loved

AAAAAAAAAAW!

Okay...so.... this is their second time kissing (But first kiss sober lmol!)

I wanted to add more detail, but also wanted to stick to the theme by keeping it earthy and sketchy like the last two. But MAYBE, if I ever have time or will, I can make a colored and highly detailed version of this (perhaps fix some problems if there are any...er...probably are. I spent a great deal of time drawing anthros and dragons until the last couple of years so... I need practice yet with people ><)

BUT damn I love their faces if anything! <3

I got the dress at Primark for £8. I used varying levels of sandpaper and rubbed the hell out of it, there was green fluff everywhere!?
I then used Blue clothe dye and dyed the entire dress to change the awful bright colour and then re-dyed the dress for a short time in Black clothe dye and then kept dyeing the dress from the bottom at different levels.

So a my friend :icondukongmeng: and I while discussing cosplays from comics and other pop culture that isn't anime starting talking about Batman characters we would like to cosplay.

When we got to Harley Quinn she mentioned that she didn't like the Injustice version of the character's outfit. I googled and had to agree with her.
Though I liked the concept, I felt that they where trying to sexualize the character more then needed.

I also did this redesign because I wanted something I could cosplay as. So here it is I hope people like.

I did this all with colored pencils. Using Pigma Micron pen more the inking.

Boethiah is the Daedric prince who rules over deceit, conspiracy, secret plots of murder, assassination, treason, and unlawful overthrow of authority. This is his champion. No living soul knows the truth behind this legendary figure. Some say his origins began within the Dark Brotherhood, but that his ambitions quickly dwarfed that of his organization. They say he became the ultimate assassin through the sacrifice and absolute betrayal of his brethren to his master Boethiah.

A secret project I’ve had in the works: Master Chief!
I decided to make him after watching all of Arby ‘N’ The Chief :3 ([link])

Now if only I can make an Arbiter pattern…

I attempted a new brand of fabric adhesive with Master Chief that I will NEVER use again! Its called 3-IN-1 Advanced Craft Glue and its a thinner glue, with less hold than the Fabric-Tac I usually use on these dolls. I was going strong on Master Chief with almost no seam clean up needed - until I started using the 3-IN-1. . . I think I spent 2 hours cleaning up the helmet alone because of that stuff. Yuck!

I'm sure it's a good adhesive for less detailed projects though.

Master Chief was my first Halo Doll made using my new OOK wire: (samanthawagner.deviantart.com/gallery/34070493#/d4k6rxw)

I’m proud to announce that we have some new stuff coming out The Workshop! (About time, right?)

I’m also ecstatic for the addition of two new crafting members to my madness. We now have a member specializing in knit and crochet items as well as a new crafter bringing her quilting and tapestry skills to the mix. Lets just say I’m jumping for joy at all the creativeness that’s going on behind closed doors lately! (Seriously, that didn’t sound quite so ominous in my head before I typed it.)

I hope to be posting their original works here soon as well.

Here is my latest addition to said madness, my newest gaming addiction: Halo!

"I do not want to catch pregnancy!"
"That guy Tex is really a robot... and you're his boyfriend! So that makes you... a gay robot."
"Speak now! Or forever rest in peace! For liberty... and justice for all! The end."
"Dancing time!"

Sorry - much love for the simple minded Caboose. <3 Best character in Red vs. Blue and I think many shall agree with me there.

Anyway, finally finished Caboose!

As stated in his WIP pic, I added a braided metal frame inside the doll that allows for better posing than on Sarge, my prototype.

In trying to add more stability, I ended up stuffing Caboose much more compactly... As a result I had to extend many of the armor pieces around the torso and midsection... So this guy has been loving nick-named Chubby. (Trust me, the jokes have not stopped in the workshop about this!)

In addition, the visor on his helmet ended up being pushed back. I think this construction accident actually gave him a more innocent and curious expression which fits with the character.... that or I was working too late without coffee again and sniffing far too much of the fabric tac fumes... hmm....

Next doll to be made is Church - but I'm having a hard time finding the right colored materials for his armor. (Yes, I am far too picky sometimes.)
