You just adore annoying your friend Dirk Strider. You've known Dirk how about.... Your whole life! You were always proud to have him as a friend. But, you always liked him MORE than a friend. He doesn't know but, you think he wont be interested.
" [name] is there anything you want? " He broke your thoughts. " Wha-? " You replied, you didn't even hear what he said. " Nevermind. " " Dirk. " You said once again. " .....Whaaat?? " He whined, annoyed. " Take off your anime shades...!! " You always wanted to see his eyes, but he doesn't even take his glasses off. You guess he just wants to keep it to himself.
" No thanks. " He responded.
" Please. " You begged. " Nope. " He refused.
" DIRK. " You exclaimed with a poker face. He just stayed silent.
" TAKE. YOUR. SCALANE. TRIANGLE- " " What..? " "SUGOI. ANIME. SHADES. OFF YOUR PRECIOUS FACE! " You finished pretty much yelling at one of your bestfriends.

Rain rain go awayThe sky was dark, hinting that rain would be soon to come. John warned you, but of course, you ignored him. You were currently walking down the street with a ((F/C)) hoodie, black skinny jeans, and ((F/C)) shoes. Your ((H/C)) hair was tucked behind your ear, ((E/C)) eyes glued to the ground. The day seemed to go by so fast, checking up with your mother in the hospital. You held her hand the whole time, the mere thought sending you into more tears. 3 months. Your mother has been in a coma for that long, but you refuse to let them pull the plug. You cared too much. Loved too much. You were snapped out of your thoughts when it began to pour. You were drenched it seconds, trembling with fear, exhaustion, and sobs. You were swept under the shallow roof of a cafe, a familiar set of bright blue eyes gazing down at you with a different kind of tenderness. The raven haired boy brushed your cheek with his thumb, that goofy smile threatening to split his face in two. "Hey, ((F/N))," He adressed yMore Like This

"You an' your old vibes, Momma... But I really, REALLY want that plushie! Please?"
"Oh, fine. Quickly, though." You smiled and led your guardian towards the game. The man introduced himself as Jack and explained that it was a dart throwing game. If you managed a hit on the targets for every dart, you would get your choice of any of the prizes hanging up. You nodded and your mother exchanged some money with the man. You began to toss the darts that were given to you, landing every single one just outside of the targets. You were down to one dart and about to throw it when a boy behind you spoke. "You need to adjust your aim." You spun around towards him. He was a blond boy around a year older than you with sunglasses and a red re
Reader X Doc Scratch: Domesticity He loved his house.More Like This
He loved how it brought comfort to him and his guests, and how it functioned for him as both a home and office. He loved how his kitchen smelled of tea and casseroles, how the pepper-mint candles could soothe him on even his worst of days (which came few and far between), and he loved how the rainy days were warm and dry.
He loved his books. Especially his books. He loved how he could just loosen his tie, get sucked in between pages, and within- what seemed like moments- the sun would rise on a new day.
If home was where the heart lied, though, he would have to argue that this- this glorious place made for and by the most generous host- was not his home at all. Because things never felt right when she wasn't there. Things had been comfortable before, but... He could never imagine his house as the quiet place it had been before he had met her... He missed the sounds of Doctor Who playing on his TV, and the occasional scream of joy or such.

"Despite... Actually..." You could only catch fragments of his sentences. You stepped forward, attempting to maneuver your way through the people, but were thrown back. You landed on your butt.
"Ow..." Soon the warning bell rung, causing the people around you to disperse and more or less trample you.
After long enough, you were able to stand up without being pushed back down. You carefully lifted your things and looked at your watch.
I'll be late!
You were planning on rushing off to your class--you were already failing it at this point--when you heard him sigh and mutter, "no one ever listens to me..."
Maintaining a calm demeanor, you slowly walked towards him.
"I listen," you said simply, before the late bell rung and you ran off, apologizing and mentioning that you were already fail

Seven AM, wake up in the morning. Gotta be fresh, gotta go downstairs. Gotta have- Good god, not that song again.
Anyway, you sat at your usual table.
You always were no matter what. No one cared to sit by you at all. Maybe because they don't want to be seen with the biggest outcast of the school. Yet, you've had people sit by you. Very nice people. But, there's another problem.
Taylor was pretty much on top of the school's popularity caste. Model figure, clothes more expensive then your wardrobe combined, overall the stereotypical prom-queen cheerleader captions.
Why her? Easy. The people who ever sit with you, she comes right over to. All of them are always new students at your highschool, so they want new friends. Well, she always comes and swoops them away from yo

You hurried down the sidewalk as fast as your legs could carry you, even using the flash step technique to the extent that you could manage. You were in a rush because you were late in meeting up with your best friend at the park, Dirk Strider. You knew he was going to be ticked that you've left him hanging there for about 10 minutes, but he would pretend like it was nothing and pretend to forget about it. But you knew he was only pretending, you've known him far too long NOT to be able to see through his 'cool kid' facade.
You smiled despite yourself as the park entrance came into view. You put in one last burst of speed that brought you right to the entrance. You stopped and bent over, clutching your chest where you could feel your rapid heartbeat, trying to catch your breath. As soon as you got your breathing back down to a semi-normal level, you stood up and straightened your clothes out before proceeding to locate Dirk.
You wandered around

You had started college recently and had found that many of your classes that had been extremely difficult for you in high school were so much easier and actually made sense for you. You and your roommate lived off campus in one of the many apartment complex's located around the city.
It was still dark out when your alarm went off signaling for you to get up and get ready to go to your first class. You sat up and turned it off. You rubbed the sleep from your eyes and stretched your arms above your head. You smiled contently when you were greeted with the relief and popping sound from your shoulders. You glanced over at your roommate and best friend in the entire world, John Egbert, and chuckled to yourself quietly to see that he was still asleep. You leaned over and turned the lamp on that resided on your guys' shared night stand along with John's glasses. You slipped out of your bed and shuffled over to the edge of John's be

Walking. Walking. Walking.
Unsure of what's going on. Unsure of how I'm moving. I'm so confused. What's going on?
Thoughts the same as these kept running through your head as you kept walking the halls of your high school. Nothing seemed to make sense anymore.
One minute you were plodding happily down this hall you're aimlessly walking down now, the next you lost all feeling in your being.
You thought of asking someone for help, to make sense for these sudden attacks that happen randomly. Yet you didn't ask. Heck you didn't even know why you didn't ask for help. You could ask the cool kid Dave, or bubbly Jade, or the seemingly dark Rose, or even that derpy nerd John.
You stopped in your tracks and sigh, half way down the hall. You have good friends, a good family, and other good

You couldn't help but giggle at your two friends antics. They were getting into, as Jake put it, fisticuffs. You had to admit though that it was kind of obvious that Dirk was winning, but Jake was a trooper and kept going at him non-stop. You watched as Jake tried to tackle Dirk, but instead Dirk grabbed him midair and tossed him to the ground. Before Jake could get up and try a different tactic, you got up and went over to Jake first.
"I think that's enough 'fisticuffs' for today. Wouldn't you both say so?" You could have sworn you saw disappointment on Jake's face before he sat up and smiled.
"You're quite right, (name). Wouldn't want to ruin the lady's day, now would we Strider?" You could hear a slight bit of annoyance in his voice when he addressed Dirk.
You looked back to see Dirk looking off to the side, you could see a blush forming on his face. He gave a quick nod in reply. You shook you
